Crystal leisure have been servicing my pool for a year now. Each week they are prompt professional, clean and tidy! Aaron and the installation team have also completed a full refurb on the pool and we cannot fault the work. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Crystal Leisure enough for the transformation they have made to our pool. From day one speaking and dealing with Aaron and James about the plans to get our pool usable again, what would look best, and be most efficient for what we needed, to the lads that completed the work to an exceptional standard, it couldn’t have gone any better and the outcome was far more than we ever expected. Extremely professional and helpful throughout, at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had and nothing was ever too much. Came across Crystal Leisure though a google search when I needed to replace our faulty electric pool cover. I spoke to Arron who was very helpful and supplied samples and was just at the end of the phone to answer any questions or queries. I was very pleased with the job, which was carried out efficiently from start to finish. No mess, no disruption, just quick and reliable, no hassle service. I am now more than happy with the monthly servicing and maintenance Crystal Leisure provide, carried out by Chris who is always really cheerful, friendly, pleasant and good at his job. I have also recently had a new pool light fitted and again can not fault the service. James is in constant contact to arrange and advise when the next visit will be, so I am always well informed. Nothing is too big or too small a job and every member of staff is a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending Crystal Leisure Swimming Pool Services to everyone!

Crystal installed our outdoor pool this summer and provided a first class service whilst doing so. Professional, friendly, prompt, great communicators, quality workmanship, respect for property and pride in the job....all exhibited by the installation team and management. Ensuring customer satisfaction is important; Crystal takes it beyond that to ensuring customer delight before and after the sale, installation and ongoing customer service. We are delighted customers - and could not recommend them highly enough! If you have any requirements for sales, installation, servicing, maintenance or anything to do with a pool, spa etc. contact them and ask for Arron...if you’re half as happy with Crystal as we have been, you too will be delighted.

Been using crystals leisure for a good while now, by far the best pool company in the north west, can always rely on them to get back to me whenever there’s a problem with my pool.
