Toftwood Real Estate Limited recently engaged Jim Wise Demolition Ltd for the demolition of a three-storey commercial building and adjacent single-storey industrial buildings in Stoke City Centre in preparation for the development of 30+ flats. The work was carried out in extremely hazardous conditions with active commercial properties adjoining, none of which were adversely affected. All work was carried out on programme, was fully compliant with H&S Legislation and none of the Party Wall Agreement conditions were compromised. The site supervisor, Dave, led an excellent, experienced team and maintained a splendid work ethic throughout. Their liaison with external agencies, scaffolding contractors etc. was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend their expert services.
