Steve and his team completed our extension on time and budget despite being in the middle of the corona lockdowns. It was a 25Sqm extension designed by Hewitt & Carr Architects with significant challenges including a large amount of steel work - opening out existing supporting walls, integrating an interfering roof structure from the garage, repositioning the condensing boiler into the garage, UFH and significant electrical works. He has an excellent, trust worthy team who we built up a great relationship with throughout the build and they were always available and willing to accommodate ideas and minor alterations as the project progressed. Throughout the process Steve's communication was superb and the invoices were fully itemised and directly related to the quote received before the work started. We are now 4 months since the build was complete and we have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Steve and the team at SCC.

Brilliant company to work with. Steve and his team completed an extension on our house. It was a major job that required demolition, complicated ground works, major structural steel, renewal of drains as well as the brickwork, and full electrical, plumbing and plastering work. The work was completed within the time frame and on budget. The team were there every day that they were due to be on site, the quality of the work was excellent and every member of the team was professional, friendly and courteous. I would and have used SCC again and will continue to do so going forward. I have recommended to a number of people.

Excellent!! Steve and his team have transformed my home from ugly to beautiful. In a little over 3months I have had an extension and every room transformed. New kitchen, bathroom, walls knocked down and rebuilt. Plastering, plumbing, electrics, new windows/bifolds. New external and internal doors. Wooden flooring laid and all skirting/architrave replaced. Floor boards repaired.... and it goes on and on. We were living in the house also!!! Utterly brilliant. Clean, respectful, tidy, trustworthy and professional. Work done to a superb standard. Ever seen a builder mop a floor..... well these guys do!! Highly recommend and importantly kept to time, budget and Steve kept me organised, sane and updated. Thank you to everyone.
