f. m.Josh and Ash were fantastic from the start. They were great at advising during the design stage and I am so glad we took their advise. They were always prompt and early and worked solidly throughout the day. I couldn’t believe how quick the progress was. They are great at focusing on their skill set and bringing other professionals to do the other skilled work like plumbing, plastering and electrics which means everything is done to top quality as opposed to have a jack of all trades and a master of none. Their carpentry, building and construction were spot on and we were so impressed, we are hoping to get them back to build our porch with bathroom.
M. T.We had Vespa return and complete a front extension incorporating a second shower and toilet, after their great work on our outbuilding. Just as before, they were always on time, a great team and went the extra step with the neighbours in helping them. It was a joy to get to see their carpentry skills in this project as they built the frame and roof which was really impressive. Ash did a fantastic job at project managing and keeping the project to schedule, this even involved them fetching the concrete and hand laying the concrete slab during as the red weather warning of Storm Eunice meant the delivery truck could not deliver. We have loved having Vespa do our work and highly recommend them and their work ethic to anyone.
S. B.Vespa completed a project for us earlier this year (2022) that was principally a large porch extension with remodelling of an ugly flat-roof garage. The work also included removal of a chimney stack, with all the making good, installation of a patio door in the lounge, and construction of a large sun-deck. Josh and Ash took time to discuss the project in detail and their experience was evident once we gave them the go-ahead.
The work was carried out with precision and care, and we are really pleased with the way in which our vision was transformed into reality. I wanted to do most of the internal finishing and decorating and this was accommodated without a problem by Josh who was always happy to discuss minor changes during the course of the project, and take on board and resolve any concerns we had.
It was a pleasure to have the team on site, and I would have no reservations about using Vespa again in the future or recommending them to anyone thinking about a building project.

A. B.We were fortunate enough to come across Vespa Cornwall just as we were looking for a kitchen renovation and just as they were starting out.
From the moment we initially contacted them to the moment the job was completed, they were absolutely superb.
We were working to a fairly tight budget and weren’t sure if our project was even viable with the budget we had. Ash and Josh (the two owners of Vespa) were brilliant. They were realistic, sensible, open and honest about what they thought was achievable and we were fortunate that everything we wanted could be done. The conversations around budget continued openly throughout the build meaning we never had any hidden costs or shocks along the way. Everything was discussed and they went out of their way to keep the costs down in a variety of sensible ways. And they finished exactly to time scale!
The quality of the work was fantastic and we are absolutely delighted with the finished kitchen. Both Ash and Josh have a keen eye for detail and take great care to ensure that things are done correctly and to a very high standard. This attention to detail is evident in our finished kitchen.
As mentioned previously, the communication throughout the whole project was second to none and it made the whole process fairly stress-free! At every stage, we were made aware of any potential snags and suggestions of how it could be dealt with.
Overall, I cannot recommend Vespa Cornwall highly enough. They were exactly what we were looking for to take on our project: friendly, honest, punctual, lovely with our young boys, reliable, highly-skilled, professional and proud of their work.

Composite flooring laid . Window sills covered and made good . Left the job clean and tidy . Would definitely use them again and in fact we are . Cannot recommend them highly enough . A. P.Ash, Josh and the team at Vespa have just finished the renovation of our garage into a large kitchen, along with flooring throughout the house and changing our old kitchen into an office. The guys were always very polite, friendly and professional whilst on site. They did the renovation to a very high standard and helped arrange contractors for every aspect of the renovation. We’re so thankful for the amazing work they have done and will miss having them around!

We asked Ashley and Josh to construct a new roof for our barn conversion following a recommendation from a company that was quoting to slate the roof once it is built. We were amazed at how fast these guys worked and there was certainly no compromise on the quality of the job either. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better they came in under budget too! I simply can not recommend Vespa highly enough.
