Alex and the team did an amazing job and completed the project on time and on budget. We have already recommended WC to other family members and friends and would do so again. R.We used Warrington Construction to build a new bathroom for us, knocking through the bathroom into the separate toilet room to create a larger bathroom space, providing new windows, a recess shelf feature. Basically the whole of the 2 rooms were taken back to brick and rebuilt as we wanted it! They did everything perfectly! From start to finish they listened to our design ideas and worked hard, dealing with some difficult floor levels, to bring them to fruition and even suggested improvements to our design ideas that would benefit the overall look and usefulness.
Alex oversaw the whole job and ensured that we were kept fully up to date with the whole process.
All of the tradesmen (tiler, plumber, builder, electrician and joiner) that they brought we’re all very well skilled and not just odd job men, we were really impressed.
We were on holiday for a part of the job and felt that we could totally trust Alex to see the job through in the way that we wanted it doing. We also felt that our home was safe in his care. He even helped resolve an issue with the Tiles (which we sourced independently) whilst we were away and dealt with the tile company direct to resolve things.
I’ve tried to include some close up pics so that you can see the quality of work delivered.
We highly recommend Warrington Construction and we certainly won’t look anywhere else when we tackle our next project. If you’re searching for a tidy, skilled, careful and professional company, then we honestly suggest you give them a call.

Warrington Construction recently completed a first floor extension above garage/kitchen/utility room on our property, adding 2 good sized bedrooms and a second family bathroom. They also relocated and replaced the boiler and re-fitted the original bathroom.
Of three quotes obtained Warrington Construction's was very competitive and gave the most detail enabling us to see where the costs were and what impact making changes would have which increased flexibility during the build.
Despite serious Pandemic related supply chain issues and some horrendous weather Alex and the team adjusted their work schedule accordingly and delivered on time.
At all points from start to finish Alex identified any risks/possible costs for additional work from unknown issues and when they arose the extra work was within the originally suggested additional costs and the work conducted without extending the completion date.
Throughout the job we were consulted and able to make changes/additions to the work, most changes were incorporated without any additional costs and any additions we made were quoted within 24hours and also completed within the original timescale.
The team were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous to our neighbours cleaning up as much as possible and minimising any unwanted disruption or mess in the street.
This extension impacted every room of the property and despite being an experience we were not looking forward to Warrington Construction made good all impact to other rooms/fittings and took all our anticipated worry out of the job and have left us with a house of which we are proud.
I can't think of any way they could have made the job easier or been more of a pleasure to deal with.
T. S.Warrington Construction Limited recently started a project on my house which I'm going to review as stage 1. From a leaking pipe, bad DIY and days and days of rain, the obstacles didn't stop them. They quickly found solutions for jobs that i feel others would of used as excuses to delay the job. It was done in the time quoted and let's be honest, that never happens!
They all worked long hours, in pouring rain day in day out. Clean up every night and always happy to help.
I highly recommend all of the team and can't wait to start stage 2.
A. T.We used Warrington construction to turn a ground floor kitchen extension that had been previously done, into a 2 story extension with a new master bedroom and ensuite.
From first contact, Rob and Alex were responsive and helpful. They studied our plans, carried out a site visit and gave us a detailed quote along with a start date and completion time. They stuck to all 3 of these with no big surprises.
The overall project went as well as we could have asked for really, particuarly when you factor delays on materials such as timber, roof tiles and windows.
The different builders, joiners, brickies, electrician etc were all really approachable and knowledgeable and all did a good job for us.
We have now moved in and are really happy with transformation carried out to create our new bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite along with changing the tired and dark kitchen into a bright modern open kitchen diner.
Is there anything they could improve on? I would say the only niggles were some delays with the tiler in the ensuite and they could have been a little tidier. But thats really nit picking.
Would I use them again? Absolutely yes I would!
