Cannot fault the service! From taking my order to fitting it. I had a small window and new back door. Nothing was too much trouble, as I changed my mind few times before I was happy with my decision. Everything was clearly explained and planned. The fitters actually turned up on the day they were booked at the right time (a small miracle for trades personnel). All work was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves and took the rubbish with them. Competitive price also. A breath of fresh air to have such a good service, will definitely use again!

I had a composite door and some windows replaced. I can’t recommend this company enough. They were the best price after having a few quotes. Jenny and all involved were friendly, professional and helpful. The guys did a fantastic job. Even after having a blow out on the way, they still turned up to do the job. A very happy customer. I have used Trade Direct on a few occasions, this week we had another window from them, we had a few quotes from local and national companies, all of which were close to double the price of the final fitted price at trade direct. Jenny who we spoke with was very welcoming and knowledgeable, we went threw many, many designs and finally got a perfect window. The company came out to measure and were very friendly and also fixed a patio door when asked which was very generous of them! Even that's made my life easier. They were very knowledgeable. We used trade direct after getting a few local quotes, trade direct were one of the cheaper firms and could turn around fitting the door the quickest too. Jenny, AJ and the lads who fitted the door were really helpful! Would definitely be a returning customer. Super happy with both doors they fitted!

Just had our new front door and a window fitted . I would highly recommend using Trade Direct Windows . Jenny is friendly and helpful in choosing design , colour etc . The lad who came to measure arrived on the time stated . Jenny rang us when our items were ready to arrange a suitable date with us . The fitters , Nick & Billy arrived bang on time they were also friendly and cleared up after fitting the door and window . We are so pleased with our choice of new front door it looks amazing and to have a window that is fitted properly . We will definitely use this company again when we replace our other windows .

I was looking for a local company that could provide an efficient service. I found it with Trade Direct Windows. Jenny (General Manager) gave a great first impression that lasted throughout the project. The team turned up to quote at the agreed time, sent through an acceptable quote, Jenny called me to re-confirm the Friday before installation on the Monday, and the fitters attended at the appropriate time. Although there was a slight misunderstanding with expectations, this was quickly and professionally dealt with so that the team could get on with the job the same day. The quality of the patio sliders is outstanding and the team left the site in a clean and tidy condition. I would highly recommend and will no doubt use this company again in the future.
