S. P.Visited today for help with a very small amount of photocopying. I had the document on my phone but had difficult in sending it to the stores email address for downloading. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did they download the document, they also edited it for me prior to copying it. They also then helped me cut it to size. The total cost of the work was £6 so I was totally overwhelmed by the level of customer service I received from the team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I also looked at their printing equipment and they look pretty standard and well maintained. I have only printed few copy of a document there and I had no problems with the quality.
I imagine that commercial printing of multiple copies will not look bad too. So I will definitely recommend them, as I will continue using them for my next print jobs!

L.One of the biggest problems with the service industry such as Dean's Printing Business is in, and the retail industry as a whole in the modern era, is consumers are becoming increasingly reluctant to place orders with anything other than a Brand. I myself follow this practice, although in reverse by actively avoiding brands in favour of the smaller businessman and for years discarded the thought of using Kall Kwick as a result of my mistaken impression that my local Branch was no more than part of a Brand. Having been in Business myself for almost forty years, i have stayed loyal to only three Printing companies over that period and would not use them. However, on one occasion over a year ago now i unfortunately required some emergency printing. With my existing printer at the time on annual shut down, i gave into my own tradition by virtue of the urgency of the job and reluctantly called into the Birmingham Branch and yes - i admit - we have all eaten in McDonald's at some point !
The job required was not only turned round in an unbelievably fast time, but to the highest standard and quality that was not hindered by that time-frame.
More importantly, i discovered that although branded this Branch is actually a franchise and as a result have been using Dean's services ever since. The quality and standard of finished product along with speed of completion, cannot be beaten in my long experience of using printers. As any Company will tell you, particularly in the era of high quality presented websites and the high street closures, printed stationary has perhaps become one of the last tangible items of a business that their customers see and therefore even more important now than ever.
Simply put, i will continue to entrust my own company's presented face with Dean, with a Loyalty previously shown.
