After the phone call I realised this branch was closer to me so I went here. The value for money might suggest that they have poor quality service or production, but I can tell you that is not the case. Excellent company and I will continue to use them in the future.

Amazing staff who go above and beyond just their job. They have recently done my Grandads order of service booklet and did a brilliant job on it. We had lots of compliments about the layout and colour of the booklet. All the photos we gave in to have copied in were really good quality. Awesome customer service! I walked in to this store in need of business cards immediately, the only problem was that I came in after business hours at 5:15 PM (they close at 5:00 PM). Steven and Ravinder were kind enough to stay an extra 30 minutes after hours to print my business cards in time for my meetings the next day. They are the best!

Was let down by a "printing friend" of a relative who had months to print invites for a wedding but kept making excuses, pushing the deadline and finally said no to completing the project. Upon searching for online printers who could print three different invites that had already been designed to custom sizes, Minuteman Press were one of the companies I came across. Contacting them on behalf of my cousin, they were the only company to contact me by phone just over 20 minutes later, explaining what they could offer and also applied a much appreciated discount even though we needed the invites ASAP. They sent me an email containing the quoted amount and stated when the items would be ready for pick up. I sent the PDF files via their website and paid via debit card over the phone. A very tiny downside was that the email stated they would be completed by 1pm but were done by 2:45pm so this may be an issue for someone who is running to a very strict deadline, but it didn't cause us any problems. From months of not hearing from the previous printer and constantly being fobbed off and strung along, Minuteman Press completed the entire job in LESS than 24 hours from initial point of contact. My cousin is extremely happy with the quality of the finished product and I am extremely appreciative of the professionalism from start to finish, especially having never ordered from here before. This branch is a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend using them for all your printing needs.
