I needed a copy of an 1895 conveyance. It is a large (approx A! size document) I just walked in, and my request was dealt with professionally as I waited. I also obtained an electronic copy which was delivered to me by email as a jpeg and a pdf file. It was all done at a realistic cost. I've been using Hobs Repro Bournemouth for over 2 years now! I've found the service first class! The staff are friendly, intelligent and honest. Too many times have print companies played the pretentious waffle card, and every time I have stumbled in either preparing print or minor errors (such as colour output formats) the Hobs Bournemouth team have taught me how to resolve it and how to understand it. We often need prints very quickly for deadlines, presentations and even exhibitions. Every time the expectation has been surpassed and, in perhaps to many occasions, the day has been saved! These guys are great. I called at short notice and they agreed to print some full colour laminated posters for a charity event i had organised. I find the team are always very helpful and friendly.

At very short notice I needed some crucial printing for a super important client meeting the next but it was 530pm and hobbs were closing. Madeline the manager of Hobbs got up the next morning at what must have been 530am, opened the shop early, did my printing and binding and dropped the printing at my front door and sent a text saying she didnt want to wake the kids at 645am but my printing was at my door. The meeting i had was significantly enhanced by having that printing. What can I say but thats some of the most amazing customer service and its crucial to remember that this wasnt the owner but the manager who did somthing way beyond want was required or expected. 7 stars and a big thank you
