Really good friendly and helpful customer service. I am not very tech savvy so needed a lot of help to organise some photos I wanted printing. A superb service. Very highly recommended. Unaware of the fact that the shop was 'under new management' I returned a reconditioned lap-top that was a month or so out of warranty and was running very slowly. The new management - Connor - would have been well within his rights to charge me for the efficient and thorough job he did repairing the lap-top. As well as simply repairing the lap-top he went way beyond the call of duty and performed a health check on the machine and even installed some anti-virus software. A great experience. Old fashioned, efficient and honest service. Thank you Cartridge Right, you deserve to do well.
