Outstanding service. I was working on a physics textbook, which I was wanting to self publish. They worked with me every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. The final product was beyond my expectations, and they had done an exceptional job. The paper quality and book cover material used was exactly what I was looking for, coupled with the overall workmanship where I feel the book would sit well on any shelf.

Amazing service. I required an order of service printed quickly for my father’s funeral, and The Print Centre really delivered. Great quality print, fast turnaround, and incredibly helpful advice by the brilliant Konstantina. Highly recommend.

The assistant was incredibly helpful. She was obviously rushed off her feet with work but stayed behind past closing time so I could have my dissertation done! So, so kind. The prices are ery, very expensive though. I actually got my dissertation bound elsewhere (Office Outlet) but then made more changes to it and had to get it re-bound. The other place cost me £28. This place cost me £90!! Even without the fancy cover (extra £10 per dissertation) it would have been £70. That's an incredible mark up considering this is meant to be a shop for students. Also, the gold print lettering on the cover has lines through it. So really, I'm not very satisfied with the quality of the product provided but I was really happy with the customer service I received. The lady was so lovely and bubbly despite the obvious stress of having so much work!! It's no fault of hers. I hope she gets a day off tomorrow to recover!

I called up and then dropped in to see Matt in the middle of a clearly very busy day for him and his colleagues; he couldn't have been more helpful - assisting me with my last minute design for invitations for a formal dinner that evening including very helpful suggestions for layout, edits etc., and he managed to get them done by 5pm as he said he would; and the finish and overall effect was excellent. It wasn't a very 'valuable' job for Matt but he treated me and my order as if it was; and I will be using them in future; and clearly recommending to others.

Would 100% recommend, the staff are so nice and they did an amazing job printing my work. I'd already been to two other print shops in Cardiff and both did such a bad job. Print Centre got it right first time!

Absolutely AMAZING service. Cannot fault the service in any way. High quality products in great time and from lovely and polite staff who go the extra mile and more to help you. My sister had her dissertation due in less than an hours time from when I went into the shop in a panic to get it printed for her. They had all hands on deck and got it printed and bound within less than 10 minutes and we made the deadline with 3 minutes to spare - would not have got it done without these guy's help. In the rush I accidentally left the USB stick with the electronic copy and I phoned up and they offered to e-mail it to me straight away. Have always gone here for other products and will always go there and recommend.

At very late notice, the guys at the Print Centre were able to go from providing advice on bindings all the way to produce a perfectly finished product in less than 24 hours. The service, price and quality of the bound portfolio were all perfect and I will always be using the print centre in the future. Many thanks guys!

I use these guys for printing for our business Codel Software. They generally have a very fast turnaround (often within 48 hours) and we find them very competitive on price and quality, and far better than our previous printer. A good mark of a service is how they react when something goes wrong, we have only had one error since we have been using them, but they corrected the error and reprinted the same day with no additional charge, enabling us to meet an important deadline. One happy customer here.

Amazing staff, very helpful!!! I had a dissertation to submit, however I was not able to deliver it to my University before closing time. For a very little fee the staff submitted it on my behalf next day early in the morning! They have an agreement with Cardiff University that allows them to deliver it on behalf of students.Definitely recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

The staff is very nice friendly and patient. But today when I want to print a photo from my phone, I find none of the useb lines of the photo printer fit my phone. And the wifi doesn't work well. I'll bring my own usb line with me next time.
