I can’t thank Kev enough for his help with the printing of my wedding invitations. Kev went above and beyond to get me the cheapest price and make my experience as stress free as possible, as I’d previously had a stressful experience. He was so helpful and liaised with my designer to save me going back and forth, he even stayed behind later to allow me to meet once I finished work. I emailed john e Wright when I launched a new business idea and needed a printers . I had contacted MANY other establishments , but I have never spoken to a printers with such amazing customer service as john e Wright . The staff are unbelievably helpful , and never once grumbled at the endless emails I sent asking questions . They always get my print orders done fast , and are very very helpful when sorting out collection / delivery , as having two toddlers it can be difficult to schedule things . The prints are always amazing quality , not to mention the best prices for miles ! Sharon answers every email I send quickly and efficiently with all information I need . I look forward to working with you guys more this year as I launch new products within my business . I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else for printing and binding services ! Due to a technical problem with the printers at the University of Nottingham print shop at the time, I was in desperate need for my Master's thesis to be printed and bound prior to submitting it. This shop was able to print and bind two copies of my thesis in approximately 30 minutes. The staff were pleasant, courteous, and efficient. The product quality was also excellent. I would highly recommend this company and store for your printing and binding needs.

I have just left John E Wright in Derby and am thrilled with the end product of my brochure (which looked rubbish before the lovely lady spent a lot of time sorting it out for me and allowing me to edit it in store AND then printing out a number of proofs.) The service was quick, friendly and (even though I know my print job was annoying .... MAC word doc wasn't transferring to PDF properly) they were really generous with their time and extremely happy to help. Amazing service. Great price. Fabulous end product and LOVELY staff. They were very fast at replying to my queries, and completed my order within 2 days which was excellent and unexpected! Just walking in off the street, no notice, no idea of what I was seeking; I couldn't have had a more seamless, quick and quality service and have had my needs met any better if I'd planned and given a weeks notice. Sarah (and Alan) at John E Wrights in Derby summed up how customer service should be, memorable. They helped me as a previous John E Wright customer to sort a problem even though, as mentioned above, there was no immediate financial benefit to be made for them, they just helped me out because it was the right and decent thing to do.
