E. J.terrible with money. After forgetting about the bill for nearly a year, they send a letter out for £347. It had had to be paid in full, with no discount being suggested, even though I'm entitled to the discount, with being on esa. The esa discount is a slow process, with colleagues not getting back to you for nearly a week! I submitted the proofs, and even that is not enough for them, picking on the names on the letters! I lost my rag this morning in anger, AWFULL
