Had a PDF only Roleplay book printed in colour and black and white, quite a large job due to many tables and images.
Staff were very friendly and even when there was an inital error with the printing due to the pdf corrupting when sent between machines kept cool and professional.
Print took 30 mins longer than expected but even then I was told beforehand and offered to come back later.
The only downside I had was that the pricing was a bit confusing and I spent more than intended but the quality was very good.
