I had tried to have it printed at a sports shop who wouldn’t help me. We use Azo a lot and sometimes we're not too sure how to present the artwork. Just mail or phone and they let you know without ever talking down to you. They turn out all sorts for us and fast - and they could deliver but it's a grand walk down to Holborn and you get a friendly warm welcome there like you really matter. Why go elsewhere? Especially as they're so cheap and good!

English is not my first language but I'm a graphic designer and tried to explain the outcome to the staff, the first day one of the staff members did not understand what I wanted but the day I needed to print the staff behaved differently (better) and help me get my document printed! :D It's great quality and amazing outcome! However, I do think they need to work on customer service, I can wait to get their attention but I could see we were 5 people waiting to have our requests so maybe they could have one person attending requests and then assigned them to someone to print etc...just an opinion! I honestly can not recommend and thank Azo Print enough. They are absolutely brilliant. I had my thesis printed from them in London as I was recommended them via a friend. I study in Brighton so requested them to courier my thesis to Brighton. However, the courier service lost/misplaced the package the day I was meant to be receiving it and handing in my thesis. Even though it was a mistake on the couriers part and not Azo Print, they printed me TWO new copies for free and sent down a colleague of theirs by train to Brighton to hand deliver my thesis!! I don’t know any printer or company who would go out of their way to this extent for a customer. They literally saved my final university deadline and I am so grateful. I gave in my project to be printed in the morning I was able to pick it up so quickly midday, there were couple of mistakes for the first prints due to my file being set wrong but they were super nice about it and fixed the problem and reprinted and binded the whole book in minutes and gave me extra copies as well. I would definetly go again.
