Such a FANTASTIC service, super friendly and efficient team, in particular Ellis who was incredibly accommodating and responsive and helped enormously with a bulk order with a tight deadline. They even delivered them free of charge to save me collecting them. The print quality and finish is excellent too - I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I have been printing professional documents in many places in London and England during last 7 years of my architecture studies and I was really positivelly surprised how helpful, professional and very kind service I have experienved here. Sean has assisted me with printing. When I have asked what type of paper first colour has, Sean has printed the document on different paper types so I could see the difference in tickness, colour, finish ect straight away without me even asking for it. He has offered a very professional advice and service that is something hard to find in other printing services. I really recomend this place and will be coming back there with other jobs to print.

Initially, extremely unprofessional. Specifically, I had arranged to meet a stuff member to go through some details of the print job. He did not showed up to our arranged time (I was right on time) nor did he at least call or sent an email to cancel beforehand. He simply just left the shop before my arrival. When I explained to the rest of the people working there that I was supposed to be meeting their colleague, they were just staring at me without apologising and continued with what they were doing as if there was no customer present. When I asked if they can help me, they did to some degree but as if they were doing me a favour. **Update**. After seeing this review First Colour contacted me straight away apologising and proposing to do the job for me free of charge. I though that was a very good gesture from their behalf. The print quality was excellent as always. However, you need a bit more than that to run a good business.

I called First Print at just gone 9pm on Tuesday. I required printing for first thing the following morning for a very important trade show. I spoke to a guy named Cameron who was extremely helpful. Within 2 hours, I had 800 PDF’s printed, and delivered to my hotel in London. The quality was great and the customer service I received was fantastic. I can not recommend First Print enough! I am very impressed with how exceptionally quick the turnaround was, especially after another company had let us down.

The quality is really Good. They have a minimum fee of £15 - I had to pay that to print 1 A4 Black and White. But after a few days, the manager recognised it was abusive in my case and was really kind, apologised and returned the money. I am quite happy with customer service.
