As a returning customer, I knew there was absolutely no other printer that would be able to provide the same EXCELLENT customer service as Graham. I was so impressed with Graham the last time I used first point print that even though I have moved to Surrey, I knew there was no one else that I would trust to print my wedding invites (which were a unique slightly complex design that I and a friend had created). Graham did not disappoint & went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life :)!! He even created a guide to ensure all the pages lined up on the invite, making the assembling phase for me an absolute breeze - showing Graham's phenomenal attention to detail & proactivity. A HUGE thank you from me for making what could have been a stressful process, so easy and enjoyable! We've had such a positive response to our wedding invites! Amazing shop on the Victoria. Super friendly staff. I am artist and decided to do a trade show in London. So Graham helped me design my Art Print and Back Sign Labels got them printed within 2 days. Ok not a problem he said, and he was as good as his word. The team there understood my position and even for a small job they worked above and beyond to get it ready for me. I have used this service multiple times for work, each time I have been very impressed at both the quality and service. All employees are incredibly helpful and will respond quickly to any query. The quality of printing, from letters to surveys, has always been fantastic and they will help give advice to make the printing look as best as possible. I have been using Firstpoint for my printing needs for about 4 years, I mostly work with Graham who is very friendly and always able to get my posters and leaflets printed with a super quick turnaround which is so helpful. I often send over posters to him in the morning and he always has them ready to collect by the next day, sometimes even on the same day! He is always willing to go the extra mile by checking the quality of the artwork before he prints, dropping off posters to my salon and he has even come by to measure my advertising board so the posters fit perfectly into it before he prints. Even if Graham is not around, the rest of the team are always responsive and willing to help me. I highly recommend Firstpoint!

For an event in London we needed some pop-up banners and over 100 leaflets printed with a short notice. Steve and his team delivered everything on time, to a good standard and always with a friendly customer service.
