N. Q.Had a flexible sigmoidoscopy here and was really worried and apprehensive. The team here put me at ease and helped me to relax and made my experience less scary and even managed to make me relaxed enough to laugh. Highly recommend, the staff here are lovely.
Am now due to have a diabetic eye screening test here and am not worried at all as I know the service I will receive will be of an extremely high standard.

I was in and out bang on schedule. I'm no fan of 'creeping privatisation' of the NHS but this is a very good example of sensible outsourcing.
E. C.I visited InHealth for an endoscopy a few days ago. I was very nervous, but from my arrival I was greeted by a nice nurse, who put me at ease by reassuring me and explaining the process step by step, and answered all my concerns with kindness.
The procedure was carried out by Dr Kosta, who was not only exceptional in his medical skills, he has a kind and friendly manner, and made me feel secure and comfortable throughout the procedure. I felt confident in his care. I recovered quickly after the procedure in the care of a nice nurse called Mpembi, who I thank very much. I would also like to thank the rest of Dr Kosta’s team Carlo, Jenife and Kelly who were all attentive from the moment I arrived to when I left.
I have lived in this country for 30 years and have used private clinics before, but none as good as this. I highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Kosta and his team.

A.Really clean place with friendly service. Went for an MRI scan and was a bit nervous but the doctor really was kind and helped calm me down. Good service.
R. G.I went there to have an endoscopy done and was surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff were. Dave explained the procedure well in advance and has manageded to calm my anxiety a bit. Louis the doctor was very nice, quick and professional and all the nurses were very helpful and kind.

M. S.Overall it is ok. About 15 minutes walk from the tube station. Reception was correct. Staff were almost all quite friendly and even some cheerful which is great when you have a horrible procedure such as Endoscopy. Attention!! In this centre they performed it through the nose!!! It is the most horrifying experience I ever had. Spray in the nose is terribly painful and will last for hours. They told me to look at the screen, but why would I be interested on looking at my guts???
Anyway, it's private centre so better than average is a given.

I drove to the clinic and parked in one of their several parking spaces.
Although only 2 spaces plus 2 for disabled parking, there are several parking spaces on the first floor

Once parked, go to the reception to book in, then register your name and car number plate on the "parking eye" gadget, and that's it 👍
The reception staff to the nurses and doctors are very happy to help and very polite and respectful of your needs and concerns. I got the Scan CD at the end of my appointment, as I paid privately for my Scan.
You may have to wait about 3 days otherwise.
All in all a very happy outcome 😃
