Honestly, they just get the job done and very fast. They answered all my questions. I rarely waited over an hour to receive a response via email. Nevex are the best printing service in the whole of London, and the staff are some of the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever met!! I urgently needed a A4 portfolio printed and ring binded for 10:30, so needed it to be printed for 10. I paid for the printing at around 9:15 and arrived at 9:50 to pick it up for 10:15 and unfortunately they told me they hadn't noticed I had paid for my order so it wasn't in production. The staff kindly decided to print it there and then in 5 minutes, meaning my order was delayed but despite this, it was printed earlier than it was suppose to have been! I will definitely be using their services again. I could not recommend a company more they saved the day for my project.

I almost didn't go to Nevex after reading the reviews, but I am glad that I took a chance anyway as I had a great experience. Admittedly the store was quiet when I was arrived - but the service was attentive. I was there to get some course workbooks and materials printed for one of my training courses and it was important to me that the final was perfect. They printed and bound a mock up of the A5 workbook before I left just to make sure everything was as I wanted, and I had the chance to make corrections and alterations (I wanted to chance the size of the wires and the colour of the backing) before leaving. The young lady at the front desk saw to it that what I collected the next day was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much!

Needed to print a couple of documents with thermal binding on Sunday. As this was one of the few open print shops, I decided to try it. The service I received was actually good, the process was very straightforward and staff was helpful. The job was done in circa 20 minutes and the price was also reasonable in my opinion. That being said, I had a good experience, but the printing I needed was a rather simple task, so I cannot comment on other reviewers here who complained about the level of service in case of more complicated jobs. Overall, good experience for me.

This is not the most glamorous location or indeed shop, but the service is great. My company let me down with getting business cards printed so I had to get my own at the weekend ready for a big conference on the Monday. I sent the design by e-mail, made two lots of changes and got my cards all within a few hours. The staff were friendly and competent and the cards are of proper print-shop quality, not like the cheap ones you get from an automatic machine. Well worth the money. It's within easy walking distance from King's Cross, in a little parade of shops right at the top of Gray's Inn Road.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Nevex which is an excellent print shop. It may not always be the cheapest but they are open late hours until 11pm every day, are right next to Kings Cross tube station and their staff know exactly what they are doing, are well trained and helpful. All the staff there are good - especially Bobby who has the best sense of humour there. They produce very good quality print jobs and quickly which, together with their location and opening hours, makes the handiest print location in north and central London.

I send an email with my draft file for a flyer I had to print in postcard size and the team checked my file, they told me what changes I have to make so it prints properly and suggested the paper. Went in there a day before my deadline to print my audit and I was very hesitant due to the bad ratings and the weird paper sample book they had. When I got my book back, everything was AMAZING (apart from the fact that they don't print on spines which is okay - beggars cant be choosers). The quality was good, colours were accurate (and a lot of pages where double spreads of heavily colour graded images), and honestly if it weren't for them, I wouldn't be graduating.

There was a mix up with the orders and I was given the wrong poster. After I stressed that I had a deadline they promptly proceeded to print the correct poster. Had to wait 20 minutes for the correct print and after pressing for an explanation I was eventually given an apology. In a time of need you can really count on Nevex! I am a student and had a deadline to meet, and my work was ready and printed way in advance of when I needed them for. Not only are their opening hours the best, they are ideally located near the station, and their staff are very professional from advising which paper to use, to taking care of the quality work they have printed. Good quality and fast service. Secure online payment quite handy. Just not 5 stars as they need to be a bit more organised on collection. First time I had to wait a reasonable amount of time and another customer had to wait even longer as she was waiting for the receipt. On my second visit receipt I was told that it would take a few minutes to get my receipt (just unsure why it was't ready on collection), I've asked to have it e-mailed to me which was promptly done, so not too bad.

I printed my brochures with Nevex Printing in London. I needed them printed on matt paper and most of the places I found offered silk or gloss. Nevex Printing did printing on matt paper and their price was good. I placed the order in the morning and the brochures were ready in the evening. I could collect them on my way from work but I think they deliver as well. I was happy with my choice of paper and the brochure looked great.

As a hard to please customer, I tend to nitpick little faults when it comes to professional printing for my company; having said that, Nevex printing centre is one such rare service provider that gave me no reason to complain. Impeccable 2x printing and state of the art, very effecient and speedy binding left me a loyalist to them. I was pleasantly surprised at the dedicated and selfless way in which they cater to every query of their customer, answering and trying to address every little question that one may have. They really look to create a bond with the customer which goes above and beyond just the professional monetary transaction. For the quality of service provided, the cost is economical and frankly, a small ask. The delivery options are to die for; the same day delivery service has saved me many a times, and the fast and reliable printing has been a delight! As a person who used to use the services of Nevex ONLY for my professional purposes, I quickly shifted to using it for personal matters, as it was easy, economical, reliable, and just plain convenient. I would make Nevex a real asset to my everyday life;. Kudos to the service! I would recommend this to all of my friends and family and to anyone who is need of printing services.

A last minute job is always a difficult task, but when it comes from a demanding television and film producer who is trying to do everything from a tablet as his computer broke and a printer who had literally moved that day, you'd expect disaster. But not the case with myself and Nevex. An error on the output of the template meant the perfectly printed invites for my events in Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square #PaulAthertonsBirthdayParty had a problem. But this was effectively and swiftly put right the following day and in a timely and considerate manner. Customer service is very sadly lacking in London at the moment but it is very much alive and well in Nevex in their newly opened store on Grays Inn Road London.

The quality of paper and ink that they have is good, they work long hours which is also good if you need same day printing. Although still lacks professionalism, staff do not know how to use Adobe Suit and once they made me solve the issue myself bc the guy said he had no idea how to use InDesign and gave me his phone to call his wife and ask... they don't pay enough attention to file preparation and sometimes you have small issues with the printed product that you may only notice after you picked them up... The prices are average but definitely not cheap!

Email then phone gives room for a lot of error. Printing is snappy. They promised me an A1 print would take 2 hours. In my case I emailed and phoned at 9pm printed at 11pm and collected next day at opening, (9 am). They did print my poster at A2, but there was a mixup since my poster was A2 size. However I did mention on the phone I would require it in A1. They reprinted it for me in 20 minutes when I pointed out the mistake

Thank you to the staff at Nevex Printing staff - they are open until 11PM on Saturday. I had extensive customer service support from Boryana who kindly accommodated all of my specific requirements - same day printing and collection for 24 120gsm silk and 24 gloss 300gsm in black and white at 17 x 14 cm. Boryana even resized each image for me by 0.2mm when I could not myself, this was exceptional and I sincerely thank her for her assistance. I ordered by 17:30 and paid by phone, I collected the prints by 20:00. I will return, brilliant and reliable printing services in central London.
