It was fairly easy to create the photo albums and to save. During checkout I had a problem using my 2 Groupons to buy 2 of the same photo books created. First I tried to email the problem, but didn't get a timely response. Then I saw that there was online chat. Kayla was really helpful today with my project. It is just a shame that some very precious pictures cannot be included in my album for my Mother's 80th Birthday as, for some reason, they were not between 5 and 20 MB although I have no idea why they were different as some were taken by the same iphone the same evening! But that must be another issue that I don't understand, having created many photobooks before now. Kayla was very polite and helpful during my online chat.

This is the second time I have used Printerpix now.. Occasionally the language barrier has been a problem when I have called the company however both Vincenzo & Dennis are absolutely amazing. They are both 100% full of knowledge and I cannot thank either of them enough. Their managers were also outstanding.. at first I didn’t have a clue about how to create an album. But with their help especially Vincenzo, I could quite easily work for the company now I feel like an expert. I also paid extra for the good quality paper and I must say I was super impressed. I really am so impressed with the quality of a calendar I purchased as a gift. I was able to upload any photo that I wanted and was able to edit the calendar to make the design and layout how I wanted. I was quite nervous about how it would turn out but is absolutely perfect, the quality is amazing and even better than the normal calendars you buy in the shops. Delivery was also very quick considering it's very close to Christmas. I will definitely be purchasing from PrinterPix again in the future, cannot rate highly enough!

Surprisingly good quality. I ordered a personalised jigsaw puzzle as a gift and it arrived on time at the recipient's home 2 days later (I paid extra for speedy delivery). I've never used this company before so it was a bit of a gamble - I was a bit worried after reading other reviews! But the jigsaw is lovely and the recipient was happy! I knocked a star off as it is quite pricey (even with a discount) and the jigsaw would be better if it came with a box. However, overall I got what I paid for so for that reason I would recommend!

I have used PrinterPix many times to order photo books and have always been very satisfied with their quality and service received. Recently, I ordered a voucher for 3 photo books and didn't realise that I needed to order all three at once. I ordered two at once and then, when I went to order the third, I got a message to say the voucher had been redeemed. I went on live chat on PrinterPix and was assisted by Viviana. I explained what i had done and she was happy to resolve the matter so I could order my third photo book. Viviana didn't give me any difficulties and I was very grateful for her help. I would recommend PrinterPix to anyone!

I purchased a collage Canves as a gift for my mother. It arrived within 5 days but one of my photos was missing. I used the chat online and spoke to a lady by the name of Kayla. She showed me that what I ordered was printed somehow I put two identical photos. She realized I was upset and it was a gift so she got a signoff from her manager and asked me to amend as I saw fit and within hours she sent out another one without any charges to me. I have seen many negative comments and was worried but my own personal experience has been 5 star. I wish more people are like Kayla.

After placing an order, I received an order confirmation email. 7 days later I contacted customer service inquiring about the status of my order. Viviana with their customer support team was very helpful. She informed me that standard orders usually get delivered within 7-14 days of placing the order (Standard shipping is between $10-$20 PER ITEM). Viviana said she would follow up with me personally when my order is shipped. Customer service is great but shipping time/price could be better.

ordered a queen size mink touch blanket, arrived earlier than expected (around 2 week wait). got the voucher on wowcher or groupon, delivery was £8/£9 but it didnt charge me for it even though i entered my details 😂 bonus. the blanket is amazing, cant stop smiling, got 300 photos on it so the individual pictures are somewhat fuzzy (if you got one or two pictures it would probably be very clear images) but its a blanket so this is no way a complaint :) would order again and have already recommended this blanket to others. as for the negative reviews id say to give this company a chance because youre more likely to have a good experience than a bad one. (and most people only remember to write reviews when it goes bad)

I had a lot of difficulty trying to order a printed canvas. I tried three times but at first my browser was not compatible, then the payment link wouldn't work correctly. However all the customer service chat people were very polite and helpful, and kept trying untill I was satisfied. This year I ordered 4 books in total and I had to pay for postage separately £5.99 for each album. When I received it I was really upset. In the same cover they put in 3 albums. Update: they called me several times and emailed me to sort this out, I received 4 new replacement canvases yesterday Ordered 4 canvases, all three came baggy and the borders were uneven, obviously incorrectly printed... clearly rushed and not cared about.

Mixed feelings. Quality is okay but delivery is not as it should be. Current photo book is now re-ordered for the 2nd time. First time it got stuck due to payment issue, second time it just got lost in space. Hopefully the 3rd time it will arrive. Customer service is helpful to find it and fix the issues.

Update on my review below: I have now been contacted by customer support and they have dealt with my issues above and beyond expectations. Thank-you! This was a deal through Groupon for 400 photos. I found the website difficult (and I have used many photo websites) and the photos received are the worst quality I have ever seen. They look like they have been printed from someone's home printer. They are also in Gloss when I ordered Matt. The paper used is not photo paper. I am having to throw the entire order in the bin wasting over £14.00. Sent three e-mails to the customer help e-mail address and had no response. Won't ever use this company again.

Bought this through a Groupon deal. The photobook we originally received was poor quality, as the pages were falling out and the pictures on the front and back covers were not wrapped correctly around the book. Printerpix's customer service was great however, they were very apologetic and were happy to provide a refund without any quibbles, unlike another company I purchased a photobook with. I asked for a replacement instead, the pages are well secured in the book this time and show no signs of falling out! The cover photos are still not wrapped around the book correctly, however it could be much worse, hence 4 stars. Happy overall.

Vincenzo The past few days have been absolutely horrendous while trying to contact Printerpix. I have spent many endless hours in your phone queues only to be disconnected on 3 occasions (and always having waited in a line of over 60 callers. Trying to make telephone contact proved impossible. But, just as I was about to give up with my Printerpix order and demand a refund; my call was answered by VINCENZO who listened to my issues and frustrations with genuine concern, patience and friendliness. Having considered the facts,Vincenzo asked if he could call me back the following day and I agreed. At precisely the agreed time, my phone rang and it was Vincenzo calling. I can't begin to explain the relief that I felt. My faith in Printerpix had been restored - even though I hadn't even spoken to Vincenzo at this point. Vincenzo asked me to confirm a few more details and then he told me that my problems had been resolved and with my consent, he would go ahead and place my order. I am so pleased that it was who Vincenzo answered my call that day. Sirs, I would like to finish by stating that in my opinion. Vincenzo is a true professional and an absolute credit to your Company. Last week I received 2 photobooks, both with Groupon vouchers. I have ordered from Printerpix many times in the past, and have always been satisfied. The books were just as I had ordered (no blurred photos, no upside down pages!) and good paper quality. The only small mistake was mine, in a text box - obviously I failed to spot it. Easily rectified though. I would have given 5 stars, but Printerpix have lost a star because of the haphazard way the photo batches are uploaded, with NO photo info when hovering the mouse over each photo. (Photo info used to be visible, which makes things much easier when creating, if, like me, you want photos in chronological order). However Customer Services (Hazel) were excellent. My premise is, speak to the staff in a reasonable and polite way, and you will receive the same back. It is not their fault when a technical glitch happens, and let's face it, who at work doesn't face computers going down? I have experienced some different technical difficulties with the book I am presently creating, and again, CS (Mike Williams this time) explained that the fault would be corrected in the next few hours: he then emailed me to let me know when it was. Thank you Printerpix for the helpful attitude you display, and before anyone accuses me, I am not staff!!

Only used as got wowcher voucher. Ordered 2400 photos. They mixed them all up so havng to spend ages re sorting them. They cut the edges off the pictures so didnt get the true picture. No consistancy on colour, some came out brighter some darker. Still sorting them so not sure if any missing yet.

Had a large canvas. Quality lovely 5star .However it was off set. That means the picture did not finish right to the edge.White border. Long story but staff were very helpful. Have been offered a new one which was great. 4* as took one point away for the contact service. The email you are given will only work if emailing from their site .I replied on my note phone to their emails but they got declined everytime. It might be android phones. Also you can phone but I am unable to due to a disability. So the procedure took a long time to sort out as I had to message them on my facebook page in the end. Outcome new in post. Good service overall.

i'v got a coupon for a 60 pages hardcover A4 photo book - it is not the first time i am using this company and it has always been a very smooth and easy experience. you can easily drop pictures from your file on PC and get your project started right away- chose one of the many layout templates they offer you or customize your own, the way you want it, all included on the price you pay- this time i paid the extra bit for quality pictures, but honestly, it doesn't differ much from the normal one- i am already planning my next photo book :):)

Updated Review The photobook arrived yesterday. It is superb. Over 60 pages containing over 200 photos of varying source quality as we uploaded photos of old photos in albums as well as uploads from facebook and from our own computers. Even though the printerpix software indicated that the quality of some of the images was unsuitable, the end result was still very good. Each double page in the album had different backgrounds to suit the photos we had placed on the pages. We paid for extra quality paper and this gave the finished article a solid professional feel. It is unfortunate that Printerpix has such a poor reputation on review sites. They obviously can perform to high quality. I contacted the customer services in Rumania on 4 occasions, once on the phone and three times by email to expedite my order. Three times I received a polite generalised response. Once I received a reply that my order had been escalated. This in fact happened and I received my order by courier a few days later. I placed an order on the 31st August for a 60 page leather bound photobook using a groupon voucher. It is a gift for my son's 30th birthday coming up at the end of the month. I immediately started tracking the order. On the 31st August the tracking tool said 25%. It is still at 25% today 13th September. I became very nervous having seen the many poor reports on Google reviews. I have emailed Printerpix twice and spoke to customer support in Bucharest once, yesterday. All I get is vague hopeful promises that the order will be escalated and delivered on time. I have now emailed the email address given on some of the owner responses on Google Reviews. I will revise my rating if I get a good product delivered in time for my son's birthday.

design of calendar was easy but when I was adding pictures and events I could not change the font colour,default ink colour black, which on the finished calendar is not very visible. It would also be helpful if events could be saved,amended and then be able to add to further calendars. very monotonous having to type the same events into different calendars.
