Prontaprint in Coram Street are the dream team! They give the just the BEST customer service. We have used them extensively for approximately 10 years. We are a small training company and very much depend on good fast service. We discovered them after being let down by a previous print supplier... They are my FIRST point of call for all my printing needs. The quality of print, customer service, the timing of deliveries are all second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Prontaprint in Coram Street, London.

I am not currently based in the UK, but needed to get a hard bound copy of my thesis to my university in Oxford. To save the expense of shipping one from France, I chose Prontaprint. I used the online ordering system (all very straightforward) to upload the PDF files, submit a front cover for embossing, etc - then it was printed within one working day and shipped to my university, where they received it. Not sure how the price (around £125 including printing and shipping) compares with other services. I was told that the finished thesis looked great! My only critique would be that if your thesis is in 2 volumes (one for text, one for illustrations, in my case) you have to order each volume individually - it would be nice to have the option of printing both volumes within the same order (this would also reduce shipping costs). But that's my only objection. A great service if you want to get your final thesis printed and bound remotely!

They made the hardbound copy according to the uni’s specification, which was really good. The detailing was perfect and felt expensive. Also, they charge lower than other binding stores which is a plus if your a student. I ordered the hardbound 3am and recieved it after 1pm, so they were very fast. Great experience.

The print quality was very good. The service was also good, but the clerk could have been a little bit more helpful when I was choosing my options. I understand they have many people coming to print their PhD dissertations, but it's still an important moment for their customers and they should try to give them a good feeling about printing it there. :)

Prontaprint literally saved my degree!! They were not only very professional, patient and informative, but they were able to print my thesis within 2 hours, which allowed me to submit it on time! They were very upfront that sometimes they are only able to do 4-hour printing when it's busy but usually are able to do 2-hour printing (as in my case), their website was very simple to use, they have all the information for each department's printing specifications and the finished product looks great!! A couple of months ago I had three soft-bound copies of my PhD thesis (UCL) printed here. It was easy to navigate the online ordering process; I received an email confirming my order no less than a minute after placing it; and, the copies were ready for collection when I arrived at the store two hours later (I chose the two-hour booking). Over the years I have had posters printed here; and when the time comes, I will be getting the hard-bound copies of my thesis printed here too. I had a variety of questions and a request for something particular that wasn't advertised on the website. Questions were answered with friendliness, my awkward request was sorted out, and the two final copies of my PhD thesis were ready and waiting when I arrived to collect them. A big table in the middle of the room allows you to go through your volumes, check them over and add anything in. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the whole process, about which I was extremely anxious is reassuring. This is the second time I have used them, and both were good experiences.

Exceptionally quick service. I uploaded my dissertation in PDF to the online form for printing, which I also love because it enables for you to see what your spine will look like. This was at 10:50pm, and I went for the 2 hour option. I then received an email the next morning (around 7am) saying that it would be ready for collection after 11am, and it was. It looks extremely professional and I would definitely use ProntaPrint again.

Prontaprint's website has pre-loaded formats for Birkbeck and UCL theses, so you can see a preview of what your theiss will look like and have confidence that the binding type and font is correct (things you don't want to have to stress over when you're close to a deadline!)

I got two copies of my 60 page dissertation printed and spiral bound to a high standard on the day of the deadline, but I was shocked at how expensive it was - £66 with a student discount!!!! I didn't realise how much this was until I compared with others, so go somewhere else to save money.

Kind of expensive, but was worth every cent for the turn around time/period. I want to use this medium to say 'dálú mécheézoó - thank you least I forget'. Your two hours turn around period meant that I could submit my thesis rather than come in another day to do it. The price was a bit expensive when compared to other competitors, but given the circumstances it was worth the money. Do keep up the good work.
