Used Service Point for my wedding stationary and they were excellent - great service, swift turnaround, chatted me through the different options and printed proofs for me to check. When we did decide to have something re-printed (not through any fault of theirs, just decided to have something bigger) they threw the scoring in for no extra charge. We were very happy with the final items and would highly recommend using them.

We use service point city branch for all of our office printing services and I always receive a great service and brilliant products. we will sometimes not give them a huge amount of time but they will go out of their way to make sure I receive my prints on time. They are always very personable and friendly and I know I can rely on them.

We were in a mad rush after getting a new passport on a same day service and needing to make it to the Russian Visa Application Centre with all the relevant documentation printed out to apply for a visa. We couldn't print the documents at home because we needed the new passport number before we could fill in all the forms so we found Service Point on Google and called to see if they could print them for us. When we arrived they were super busy but one of the guys made time to stop what he was in the middle of doing to help us out. Within a few minutes we had everything we needed and managed to make it around the corner and submit our visa application in time. Really grateful for the service we received, saved us having to make another trip back into London for our visas. I didn't catch his name but big thanks to the guy who we dealt with!

I have been a loyal customer of Servicepoint for many years, The City branch are great. The service is always quick, efficient and to the highest of quality. I am always amazed at the turnaround time for large orders and before I know it my documents are back! I have used other printing companies in the past but I have never experienced that personal service that you get here.

Came here to get my thesis bound, I already had the pages printed and I spent no longer than 10 minutes there waiting to get three copies (40 pages each) bound. Excellent service, and with such a low price for binding services that were speedy (£6 per book). Most services I saw charged upwards so much more and projected hours as their fastest pace. I definitely recommend this place for binding!
