If you think you deserve a 5 star treatment, quality, the best value for money, look no further. This is simply the best print shop I have ever been to. Whilst getting 2 degrees I had to use a lot of printers in 3 different countries but never came across a print shop that offers such high quality print and where staff is really friendly, nice, polite, very professional, quick and helpful. Outstanding service in a print shop that puts its customers first! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Be wary if Gil does your job, he banged out our Christmas cards so fast and did a shoddy job, plus the envelopes were too small. The other staff in the past, have gone the extra mile and will notify one if anything’s obviously wrong or at least will do a proof first

A quick trim job and they were very helpful, super quick and friendly. Will return again. November 2018 - Have returned over the past few weeks for A3+ booklet printing/binding and have been very happy with results. They have been great at meeting same day requests and last minute changes.

Terrific! Courteous, high quality, and quick. I called them last minute for 35 pages of playing cards I needed printed to card stock and cut. Despite the fact it was less than 3 hours before end of day, they took the job and got it done. When I arrived they were extremely busy, but still courteous and helpful. They actually hadn't cut some of the cards: they asked if it could wait until Monday and when I said that I needed them for that night, they got it done anyway.

They were fantastic, I needed full colour booklets for a presentation I was giving the next day. They took my power point file and produced a very professional job at a reasonable price and delivered it to the venue on time. I would certainly use them again!

******Initial Review for which I gave 1 star************** Appalling Service by ab Arrogant owner. I went in to print and scann important documents which were due in court in an hour. I paid £24 and in between the scanning and printing I used my own laptop and mobile internet to email the scanned documents. The owner came and kicked me out because I had coughed a few timea due to having a cold. I did not see anything on their website, however, indicating that they only serve customer who do not cough. ***********Second Review for which I upgraded rating to 3 starts**** Hi Neil, As promised I upgraded my review because you wrote to apologise and sounded sincere. I no longer wish to argue the details of what happened and how. As expressed in our emails, we were both under a lot of stress and I am sure under different circumstances, we would have both interacted differently. In all honesty and in an effort to remedy the reputation of your business, I would like to say that (1) This is the only time, I have ever been in your shop and so anyone considering using your services should read all the reviews and especially from repeat customers of which I am sure you have many as you have been in this business for quite a while. (2) You gave me a discount on the first part of the printing I did at your shop, for which I am grateful. (3) You were very efficient in printing and scanning my documents. I also appreciate you offering an apology over email. I respect that. Wish you good luck in the future.

I love PHNH because they're very respectful and lovely to communicate with, it's all very concise sharp and helpful. Despite being located in a very upmarket area their prices are very competitive, beating even the lower quality print businesses in London. They're very resourceful and good at finding solutions or giving you contacts for other businesses who are more tailored to what you're after, in the case that it's a format of print they can't do; such as laser cut metal. They've been my go-to for flyers, stickers and business cards for a year and a half and I will continue to use their services. 5 stars, highly recommended.

This is the third year that The Printhouse has produce for me bespoked Xmas cards with a selected family group photograph. Very user friendly, good quality, and a 24 hour turn around if needed, even in December. .
