We contacted Wimbledon Print Company regarding getting our Save the Dates printed for our wedding. We weren’t disappointed. They offered a very good product at a fair price. They had an option for almost any price bracket. Our invitations ended up being exactly what we wanted, and exactly what we expected to pay. To be sure we had got the invitations correct, we had a sample printed off. This wasn’t cheap. But as they explained, the lower the quantity, the more expensive per item. The samples came out perfectly and we’ve just collected the full batch. At a glance, the mass produced batch are of equal quality to the sample. All of which exceeded our expectations. Due to COVID, all communications were over email and WPC were kind enough to post us a sample pack of paper. Ordinarily, I think we would have visited them in person. I’d say in this circumstance, the one area for improvement would be communication - we would have liked WPC to contact us regarding collecting the finished product, as opposed to us contacting them. Their automated system also kept contacting us regarding payment even after we’d paid. These aren’t really negative points, but suggestion for WPC making the customer experience easier :)

I had a set of custom-sized cards printed and finished with a soft touch laminate finish. They look wonderful, and came out even better than I thought they would. The service/communication was amazing, and did such a fast turnaround, quicker than quoted, and even included a second copy which was so lovely and totally unexpected. Highly recommend.

Always delivered on time, quality product and excellent customer service. Have used this company quite a few times. They're extremely pleasant and professional to communicate with, always respond promptly, and go out of their way to ensure high quality prints every time. Before placing an order with them, I was offered the option to have samples of their different paper and card stock mailed to me so I could make sure the final product would be exactly what I wanted. The turn around time has always been reasonable, and I have always been kept informed on when my prints will be ready, when they have been sent out, or when I can pick them up etc. I honestly can't fault the quality of their work. I run my own small business, so the quality of the printed artwork I offer my customers is incredibly important to me, and is always in the safest hands with these guys.

Outstanding customer service, I'm not one to leave reviews but really had too as Wimbledon Print company helped me with my urgent printing last week. My printer broke down on the last minute. The staff were very friendly although I was panicking, Tony even went that extra mile to drop the printing to my car which was packed in the next block :).

The Wimbledon Print Company has produced posters for us for the past 18 months. I contacted them when we opened our business because they had provided excellent service for a previous organisation I had been involved with. I deal with Christopher and the process couldn't be more straightforward. I send him my artwork, proportioned to the size I want, and he creates the poster. Christopher checks my work, so I know that he will contact me if there are any issues. Within two days I receive an email that my poster is ready for collection. Prices are reasonable and competitive and service is excellent.

Fantastic customer service - I sent a file to be printed and was emailed by Christopher, who told me it was too low resolution and offered me the chance to send a high-res file or to cancel the order. As you pay ahead online, I didn't think a refund would be an option (as it isn't with many other print shops), but I was so surprised and pleased with the speed with which my problem was responded to and dealt with. Anything (and everything) I need printed in the future is going through these guys, no question.
