Really really really happy with my experiences at theprintspace ! If you are seeking the absolute top level in printing performance and colour (and I mean true to life colour) then I can't recommend this company highly enough. From picture ordering to picture delivery, the whole process is easy and efficient with speedy tracked delivery . The ability to order bespoke sizing is awesome and I highly recommend Giclee prints , they are truly amazing ! For anybody worrying about the premium, you will soon forget this when you remove your prints from their delivery packaging trust me . Special mention to Rosie who responded very quickly and efficiently amended my order as I had some finger trouble while selecting delivery details recently. Its really appreciated and thank you !

Really great quality prints & staff but you now have to order prints through Creativehub, an incredibly buggy and poorly designed website. Spent an hour uploading & sizing some prints and was then prompted to create an account with Creativehub, which I did, only to find that my basket had been wiped!

I’m so impressed with theprintspace! I’ve wanted to have some of my own work displayed in my home for a while, and I came across this company. I was nervous as I heard about receiving bad quality print from various companies. It was a seamless process to upload my artwork, and select my requirements. The Printspace is a fantastic print service! Top quality end product, a super file handling system, excellent customer service, insanely quick delivery and the cherry on top - carbon neutral. There are cheaper printers out there; but I think it's best to support a company who take so much pride in their work, are reliable, and who care about the environment. Choose these guys! :)

As a digital artist, I've shied away from ordering prints online, as I like to see what I am getting there and then...but I was growing frustrated with the print quality available to me locally. It is disheartening when you have a beautifully vibrant, crisp master image, only for it to come out muted and fuzzy. I finally took the plunge and decided to invest in giclée printing, and tried the Print Space. I read their reviews, which are largely and overwhelmingly positive and thought they were worth a try. Their prints are superior quality, and come very well-packaged....when I received my first one, I was gob-smacked at how good it looked, that I actually cried. Good quality prints are never going to be as cheap as photos from Snapfish, but when you've spent hours and hours crafting the perfect image, it deserves the best, and the paintings I create now come out exactly as I envision, which to me, is priceless. I am excited to continue using this company.

Print order arrived VERY quickly despite covid delays. Print quality is beautiful using the Hahnemühle Bamboo - colours are very vivid and true to edit. The customer service on the chat option has been great too, quick response and no fuss with a refund when I made a mistake. I don't usually bother to write reviews but, every now and then, there is a deserving exception. The quality of prints from the team at the print space is of the highest quality. The simple to use website and paper/print options is exceptional. Then there's the price, I often can't believe that the quality cost so little. Then there is the same day gallery pick up which I use - the staff are always so helpful. I must have had 30 prints done here over the last 3 years, all in perfect quality and completely hassle free. Use them, you won't regret.

Rolls Royce service, Volkswagen price. I wish I could give 10 stars. I needed a large exhibition quality print delivering in London within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I was on assignment in the Middle East and we had a three hour time difference. My regular London printer doesn’t offer an online service so it would have meant time-consuming phone calls and expensive mobile phone bills. A friend recommended print space and I had a look online. My first issue was the price, the rates were far below the costs I normally pay for quality printing, I think it was about half the price. In the end, the print space was the only company that could walk me through the process and deliver on time, all done remotely albeit with a named person to chat with on their messaging service. They sent me progress reports and a note when my print was despatched and one when it was delivered, a truly outstanding service. I wrote a nice personal message to the service manager and said I wish I could see the quality. A few weeks later a print arrived here in the Middle East, the colour balance was perfect and the print quality was pristine, the same as on my calibrated monitor. Having exhibited extensively in the UK the USA and the Middle East, I was initially skeptical of a printing company with such low prices, I made the mistake of thinking “theprintspace” was just your average high street printer, however, after using the service I can honestly say theprintspace are a highly proficient printing lab who care about quality and reputation, they produce extremely high-end quality prints at a fraction of the cost of bespoke printing labs and they put a lot of effort into the customer experience. David Greatorex the London service manager has an excellent team and Lucy, in particular, provided me with a professional handheld service all the way through the process.

I was very impressed with the overall experience - from purchase to collection. The studio isn't hard to find & there's parking nearby. The buildings interior design is clean, open & bright - ideal for exhibiting artwork. David at the front desk really helped to make things easy by maintaining contact via email. What stands out is their willingness to go the extra mile. This makes the world of difference if you're a busy artist. Mostly very good but they have just printed my photos on the wrong paper which is very inconvenient to sort out and annoying when you have paid for them to be couriered with the 24 hour service - UPDATE on complaint above. I have to eat humble pie on this one and say that it was my mistake. I complained to print space who were extremely polite and efficient at following through and checking they had used the right paper. Impressed with the customer service and appropriately embarrassed about my complaint. Sorry Print Space!

I've just unwrapped my prints and I am literally blown away by the results. My work is digital illustration, and every other printing place gives me lack lustre, faded colours and disappointing results, I was under the impression my retina display was the only thing holding my vivid colours together. With the Print Space, on the other hand, my prints looks vibrant and just stunning, they improve the standard of the illustration ten fold, and this is not an exaggeration. Well worth the slightly higher price tag. So simple and easy to use, no waiting around with a queue full of students for hours, send them off, printing time super fast, and then I go in for collection. Absolutely perfect, gutted I didn't know about this place whilst I was studying. I won't be going elsewhere for my printing needs again, thank you!

Had a really incredible experience with theprintspace for our gallery event in mid July. Nick and Zach were extremely helpful in everything from setting up the event, making sure the prints were perfect and even helping facilitate our power point presentation! Colours are great but prints come curved as straight from the printer paper roll which is not nice on smaller art prints. Plus, you can only get a certificate of authenticity printing it yourself or through their hub selling platform which is hard to use

Apart from the professional printing work that most people are aware of, I have to celebrate here their customer service. - despite my file was sent after midday deadline, they print it and was ready for collection after 1430! - the Friday before Christmas holidays they closed at 1700 which I was not aware of, I arrived at 1702 yet they allowed me in to pick up my print and gave me a container as christmas present! Look no more, choose this place for your prints.

I had my degree show work printed here and the standard of the print is incredibly professional, whilst still remaining relatively affordable. The staff are very helpful, and tolerant of the large number of (occasionally clueless, much like myself) students that come in their droves to get degree show work printed. The only thing I find intolerable about this place is the editing rooms, they're pay per hour and the macs are incredibly slow. Not ideal when you're working with huge image files.

You should really let people know if you aren't open on public holidays. I went there, rang the bell, shutters were all half open - a little disorganized. Now will have to return to collect my prints. The service I had previously, wasn't great as well. No one greeted me when I went in, I couldn't tell if I was at the right place. Then, the girl at reception just grunted at me and handed over the prints. Would have ordered online but thought it was a little pricy. Apart from the above, prints are good quality.

Hugely knowledgable staff, VV friendly, VV good service and the prints are top-notch too. They really do have time and effort to spend with you, the client, which is refreshing in this day and age, even if you know very little (me!), they will talk you through everything from web uploads, in-house scanning of negs, the different papers, how to best eak out the best from your image files. A most impressive customer service. The owner is friendly and visible and had time to assist the front desk and individual clients and this at a time when they're flat-out printing for the Taylor Wessing / NPG competition. Free screen calibration on site, free tea and biscuits, printer profiles, the Hub website works well as does the on-line ordering. Use of rooms, many on-site Macs inc' Photoshop, light boxes et al. If you follow their Blog, they have a range of speakers and also competitions. Good pricing too. What's not to like? They deserve to go from strength to strength.
