FANTASTIC!! So impressed with this company, not only was the print quality and finish excellent, the quality of service (in particularly from Emily who was a total superstar) was amazing. The also offered extremely competitive costs and do such a huge range. As a creative/design business we supplied the print-ready artwork but I felt confident knowing the artwork was double checked before printing and they'd email me if there were any issues. Contacted BA&B for possibility of having a large vinyl banner made to show appreciation for the NHS and care services in these very difficult times for them. Came back to us straight away with quote and sent us a proof once we'd made payment (very reasonable too for the quality and size of the job - under £30 including postage, which we thought was very good). A fantastic service! We required a large mesh banner last minute on next day delivery for an event that was to be taking place. Amina was a pleasure to talk to throughout and provided me with the advice which I needed for our artwork. Having created artwork for the large banner we struggled to send the files over to Big Art and Banners due to our internet failing. We were running out of time and had only 40 minutes till the production deadline to get next day delivery. Ordered 5 vinyl stickers to put onto my car to advertise my graphic design business, and Big Art could not have been more helpful. Fast response to emails and extremely helpful with information. The best thing is that they did EXACTLY what was asked of them. I spoke with 4 other companies regarding my vinyls and each of them kept advising that they would need to change something on my art work so that it wasn't difficult for them to reproduce, Big Art merely said yes, and just did it. Ordering to delivery took less than 2 days, so why would you need to go to anyone else. Cannot endorse these guys enough !

They were very flexible and easy-going about supply of artwork. Whenever I called to check something they knew who I was (rather than the usual "have you got your order number there please?"). When the banners arrived they looked fantastic - really vibrant colours - and exactly to spec. There's a star missing because it seemed to take a day or two longer than expected for them to get going and open up the artwork to check it - and discover an issue with it (which was dealt with swiftly & professionally) - and so it pushed me up against my deadline. Can't comment yet on how strong the banners are. They're for indoor use in my case, and are fine, though I noticed they need careful handling - always store rolled up and don't allow any creases, as they are likely to remain. I'll be back in a couple of weeks to order more.

Update - having spoken to Andrew in person. he resolved all the issues very quickly and appropriately. I am pleased to say that everything was rectified and I will continue to use BA&B. The customer service on this occasion was excellent. Thank you Andrew. Initially Big Art & Banners were great. I sent them over prints and they did a great job sending me signs (foamex) I proceeded to order another batch of signs with them - this time they forgot to pre drill the holes which was a bit of a nightmare as they all had to be put on doors. In the end my builders had to sort it. Given their previous success, i gave them the benefit of doubt and did another order with them On my third order, the items were damaged. THe packaging was perfect and the items (aluminum boards) well protected. However the corners were damaged. This time, i was upset and contacted their team once the items were opened. Initially I was told to email them when I called the number. 1st email: May 6 NO RESPONSE 2nd email : May 20 .A RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED - The response given was a 50% refund on the items with no drill holes and more information was required on the larger signs that arrived damaged (i had sent pictures) 3rd email: May 26 : NO RESPONSE 4th email: June 2 : NO RESPONSE still waiting............

The reason I chose them was (i) they are in Manchester so easy for me to pick up if a delivery would become impractical at a last moment order, and (ii) their price is good. I found their website to upload the image very easy. So user friendliness of their interactive website for placing orders is good. Follow up phone call for customer service/queries was very good too with a friendly and cooperative voice at the other end. Importantly, delivery came within the next day (no additional P+P) on time and intact. Print quality very good and roller-banner support frame is easy and firm, with a good casing. I stumbled across this company on the net and what a great 'stumble' that proved to be. Ordered on the Friday, received the posters on the Monday. The quality of the Blue Back prints was better than expected for that process. And the lady on the phone couldn't have been better. Definitely use this company again.

The only excellent point of the whole order is the printing quality, absolutely beautiful , thank you very much for that. I ordered A0 210 Satin paper, Gloss Laminated poster with my own design. I paid for it to be delivered on the 13th February 2019. As i haven't received any notification that the product is dispatched on the 13th I called the costumer service and they told me that, the poster is still in ''production'' process and they will call me with an update. I was very worried as I needed it on the 13th, and in case the quality wasn't good I wanted to be able to react and find another option for the poster printing. Later that day I received a call from BigArt and Banners and they assured me that the product will be dispatched the same evening before 17:00. Up to 16:30 I haven't heard from them, so I called again asking if there are any news on my order. I was then assured that it has been despatched and it must arrive on the 14th February. To my question why they are not delivering it on the day I needed it they answered that there was a problem during the production (fair enough it is understandable, but when you are placing the order in the description it is stated that they will contact you if there is a problem). No refund was available if lets say, I am not happy with what I will receive. However, the poster arrived after all on the 14th. Size and printing quality outstanding, imenselly good print on a gloss paper. Laminated from one side only. Future customers, please be aware that when you add lamination service to your cart that would mean that your work will be laminated from one side only (!!!!) no point paying for that as the back side could be damadged with ease. Now I will have to pay one more time for a real lamination for both sides.

Ordered some vinyl for our office walls. The immediate effect was great but after a couple of weeks the vinyl started shrinking and large gaps emerged. Sent 2 emails to the company and got no reply - very poor customer service. Update: Within hours of leaving the review I was contacted by Dan the company director. Dan phoned me the very next day to talk about options for putting things right - this included the offer of getting two of the vinyls re-printed. In the end a solution was offered that we are happy with.

I had a scaffold banner made for my roofing company. Did the art on their online service which was easy to follow, and just asked for their input on colours and layout. They forwarded me a copy in a couple of days which was exactly how i'd imagined it. The banner was then made and arrived in 2 days and it looks fantastic. Ordering the banners was simple and the banners arrived the next day by courier. The banners are made of a very strong material and came with eyelets and folded sides for extra strength. The printing on the banners was crisp and accurate. Their prices are the lowest I could find and quality has not been compromised. Vandals attempted to set fire to one banner, but it hardly charred the edge, so they are fire resistant too. Highly recommended, all my future banners and signs will be bought from Big Art and Banners.

After being let down on Thursday by our existing printer with a very important exhibition starting Saturday, we didn't think there was any solution. We found BigArtAndBanners on Google at about 5:00pm on the same Thursday and asked them if they could help us. We didn't have the appropriate artwork, just an image of what we wanted. It's worth pointing out that our order wasn't large or of high value but it was critical to us. BigArtAndBanners really pulled the stops out, late on Thursday and delivered early on Friday for a new customer with a small order. Awesome customer service and a fantastic end-product! Fantastic detail and as readable as it would be on paper. Came with eyelets but was able to sstick it up with some sticky back velcro strips.
