Having been told by a very well known TV magazine that my father's 6 month subscription would be doubled, I decided to look for an alternative. The best deal was from Unique Magazines; a whole year of 'What's On TV' for half the price of the RT! It's a bit 'soapy' for my Dad (who never watches them!) but as long as he can find what he needs to when he's able to watch, he's more than happy! The service has been exemplary; the magazine has never been late and I get an e-mail telling me it's been dispatched. I've spoken to their customer service department, a lovely lady called Jessica who was very helpful. My overall impression is of a well run business that cares about good customer service, a rarity from an on-line company these days. Highly recommended.

I found Unique Magazines through Google when looking for a gift for my dad who is difficult to buy for, but he loves puzzles so I looked up puzzle magazine subscriptions and found exactly what I was looking for here! You can choose the duration of the subscription and when the first issue will arrive. I got the wordsearches and my dad was so happy with it, that he has received a couple more subscriptions as gifts since. He really looks forward to the magazine dropping through the door, and enjoyed doing the puzzles. Recommended!

I've been using Unique Magazines LTD for a few years now, I get an Irish magazine subscription for my mum. I have to say that without doubt they are truly superb, they need more than five stars on here, even if the magazine is going to be late, I get an email to confirm it might be too. There are a few subscription services out there, but they are great with price and the one time I needed to use customer service, the level I got was exceptional Don't hesitate to use Unique Magazines LTD because it's truly the best service available.

Excellent company to use. You can Always get through on the phone and speak to a person rather than an automated reply. They are always, polite, helpful and very efficient. I would actually award only 2 1/2 stars but the system won't let me do that so I'll round it up to 3. I ordered individual copies of two children's magazines which were promptly shipped in a single package from the UK to my address in the USA. They arrived quite satisfactorily with the novelties taped to the front covers intact. They were a holiday gift and the young recipients delighted. So far, so good. I was charged approximately £19.16 GBP for the international postage. Yet, on the shipping label, it says the postage fee UNIQUE had to pay for the combined magazine package was just £7.59 GBP. So I was overcharged by more than £10 GBP for shipping. When I asked for a refund of that amount UNIQUE customer service said they would not accommodate me. That the postage charge was for each magazine although they were sent together and concluded the email by wishing me "An amazing week!". Not exactly the customer service response I was looking for. I may say, a major competitor of theirs takes a more customer oriented approach and calculates and charges a combined shipping fee when more than one magazine are ordered together.

They provide quality magazines such as the one I subscribe to (Loving Brocante) and through all difficulties such as the magazine reverting to Dutch language only, the post office strikes, I have received my magazine. As indicated before, my only complaint against the service offered by Unique Magazines is the Quickmarsh labels attached to my Paris Match magazines. These are extremely difficult to remove cleanly, always leaving behind a sticky surface. Often, it is not possible to remove the labels without tearing the magazine.

If you want any magazine, Unique Magazines will have it. I use to buy all my puzzle magazines from Tesco on-line, but the last few months they stopped selling them, and they wouldn't explain why. After searching on-line for somewhere to buy them, I saw Unique Magazines so I tried them, and to my surprise, they where all delivered next day. Since then I have been getting all my puzzles from them. A couple of times it took two days for delivery, but mostly they come next day. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I did eventually notice though that most of my magazines are double, and some treble the price I would normally pay at Tesco Super market. I only use Unique Magazines if the weather is bad, as I stay inside most of the time because of the pandemic.

I ordered PRIMA magazine from Unique Magazines and had my first copy within seven days. Amazing! The service is really friendly and fast and has one of the best values compared to other companies who sell internationaly ( I am from Switzerland). Also, other companies promise to send out the first copy within six to ten weeks which seemed quite long. The magazine arrived in mint condition and the enevelope it was sent in seemed sturdy and reliable enough for the shipping. The email letting me know that my magazine is on its way is an added bonus. I also liked the option of choosing myself when my subscription would start and I appreciate the fact that I choose if I want to renew it or not. All in all very recommendable. They have been shipping to me Burda Style Magazine for almost a year now. in the first shipment, they have included a compliment issue of the magazine, and then when at some point my puppy "shredded" one issue I emailed them the asked if I could buy a replacement. 5 stars to this shop, they are doing excellent work! Initially I ordered 2 issues of the Daphne's Dairy magazine (which is U.S. magazine) before Brexit. They came to me (i live in Greece, Europe) in approximately 2,5 - 3 weeks from their appearance date and in excellent condition. Then i subscribed for the specific magazine after Brexit and now they arrive approximately in 4 weeks but the delay is due to customs. I pay 2,5€ custom fee for each issue. Every time i communicated with the team of the shop, they replied immediately and they were really helpful, they even offered to send me an extra issue of the magazine when the first time after Brezit i thought my issue was lost. I will definitely renew my subscription to their shop!

*EDITING THIS REVIEW AS MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED* Unique Magazines reached out to me very quickly after I made a complaint to them and refunded the magazine. I was happy with the quickness of the refund, but still was disappointed in receiving the wrong magazine in bad condition. -- I ordered the Harry Styles Dazed magazine and was pretty disappointed with my purchase. First, the package they shipped the magazine in was not suitable for shipping a magazine internationally. It was flimsy and when I received the package, the box was damaged. (I had ordered the same magazine from a different webstore and received it in perfect condition since it was in a sturdier box). When I opened it, I was disappointed to see that the corners were smashed and that there was some water damage on it. It also wasn't clear which magazine I was ordering. I thought I was ordering the Face version of the magazine, but I ended up receiving the bike magazine (which I had ordered from a different site because I thought I was receiving the face magazine). I ordered this magazine on November 15, 2021, it said it was dispatched on December 1, 2021, and I received it on January 15, 2022. This was within their timeframe of predicted delivery, so I wasn't too upset with that. But it was interesting that I was receiving requests to review the product before I even received it! I probably won't order from here again. I bought this to be a collectible so receiving it in this condition was disappointing.

We live in France and when I tried to buy December issue website said not possible and had to subscribe 6/12 months Tried Uniqye Magazines and no problem. Ah, okay. I don't normally bother doing reviews for stuff like this, but in the aforementioned instance I felt there was a pressing and deserved need. Let me explain. A while back now, my other half set off for the land of Taipans, Browns and various spiders and other things that are only happy when trying to kill you. The reason for this was to see her new granddaughter. Things seemed pretty good for a while, then I was informed that suitable magazines did not seem to be easily available in the land of the kangaroo, koala, salty, bull shark etc It was at this point that Unique Magazines stepped in. After perusing their list, I selected a Peppa Pig issue along with something else, filled in the form, and clicked 'get on with it'. And they did! And so it is, every fortnight or so, a copy of each magazine lands on the mat which, as you can imagine, is a source of great excitement for one person and a source of great relief for several others. Well worth the outlay.
