I have been using this company for many years for all my printing requirements & found them to be affordable, flexible, always special offers & prompt in their communications. During Covid, I became aware of how much this was affecting their company as it has to thousands of companies here in the UK but they have been able to weather this awful time & have not had to close their doors. For this I'm truly thankful as I'd struggle to find their quality of service anywhere else! Delivery can take a while so ordering in good time is essential. Their customer dedication is great & will always help to resolve any issues. Our business is vital to them now more than ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to order prints. They have a great selection & many special offers. Their site is easy to use & they communicate each process to you too, allowing you to track your order/s.

Amazing value for money (Groupon purchase). I had an issue with my print but i had help and the issue resolved within minutes the most amazing customer service. Helpful,polite,responsive and professional Highly recommended to ANYONE. The price was so low I didn't know how the product would come, they say never judge a book by its cover!!!! Purchased a voucher to use online with Grangeprint and although the were additional charges to pay some not compulsory, When the mounted canvas prints arrived in time for Christmas as promised on a tight time schedule I was really pleased with them especially the quality & professional service. There is also a telephone number where you can speak to an actual person which is rare these days & the lady I spoke to was really helpful & polite. Value for money 5 star service in a pandemic can’t thank you enough.

I’ve ordered a few times from this company over the past 12 months and especially around Xmas time. Family Canvases etc. always found them helpful, no issues with delivery (I expect it to be busy at Xmas) I like the quality of the items. I’ve ordered elsewhere previously but I keep going back to this company and just find it easier and no hassle. I ordered during lockdown and waited a bit longer (to be expected) but the customer service people were very informative and friendly. Happy customer.

I just wanted to share how delighted I am with my experience with my recent Grange print products and exceptional customer support. I recently ordered 2 gifts for Christmas through Groupon. Great deal and fabulous quality products. I was also left amazed by the customer service and care that they were so quick to act on with no hassle for me at all. I had recieved one of my products the Friday before Christmas but unfortunately through transit the canvas had been damaged. I contacted Grangeprint by email and they had a replacement for me delivered the following day. Outstanding response. They also offered me a great discount when using again. I will be sure to be using Grangeprint again. I would highly recommend as the quality of products and support is rare to find nowadays.

I have reconsidered my review and increased my star rating from a one to a three since the issues I had were resolved by Grange Print, the canvases were reprinted and have turned out ok! I think they offered a very cheap deal on Groupon, which needed some transparency, you get the deal based on a flat rate, and going through to order there are so many "add ons" the price soon increases. I think you need to add all of these to get the print you want. I had professional images so opted out as I believed my images were of a good quality to get a decent outcome when printed to canvass. I could speculate on why the prints weren't too good initially based on my decision to "opt out" on many options and following the response by Grange Print I could elaborate, but in fairness my issue was resolved without quabble so I have no need go on. So purchased a deal with Groupon, in actual fact I don't think you get a "deal"! When you go to the website to collect the voucher there's all these recommended extras which just put the price up and up. My image was from a professional photographer so good quality and looked fine on the preview. I've had a black and white image and a colour image done, both look terrible! The black and white image looks almost yellow, there's no depth in the print, it looks translucent, same with the colour image, it's far too bright, the colour is so off, I can't even look at them! I'm really annoyed, I paid for the image to fit the canvas and its stretched so the top part of my babies head is slightly curved around the frame. A very disappointing purchase also took ages to arrive... I know it says 10-14 working days but really, I've had canvases arrive much quicker! I can't do anything with these pictures, they're dreadful, a total waste of money!

Recently I bought a deal from Groupon to have a photo montage put on to canvas. I purchased it for a birthday gift and it was a good price about £7 plus P&P. So once I got my code through I went to the website and started the process. Firstly you were asked to pick a layout and then upload your pictures. What I LOVED was that you could zoom in and out on your pics and position them exactly how you wanted them. There were a few additional costs on there but they were optional so I decided not to go with any of them, canvas looks great without any extras - I am very happy with it but I might give some of them a go next time to see what they're like. Overall I was really impressed with how simple it was to use the site. When it arrived I only wished I'd bought more for our home and for other gifts!

Everytime I use Grange print I have a great experience. The canvases are of Great quality, its a fast service, packaging is always great never a ruined canvas, and best of all it really easy to use. I love that I can pick if I want my canvas to come with fixing bits, and wether it's coated or not. I always pick to have it coated just to make sure they don't get ruined. I love the choice in size and wether I want collage or single images and even better portrait or landscape. My canvases always come as I expect them to and always look great up on my walls. I have bought a couple of the other products too and they were of great quality too (bought other bits as gifts). Thanks grangeprint for an excellent service all round :)

Whilst ive ordered from them before and there canvases are always fab must agree with other posts customer service and delivery is poor.I ordered well over a month ago and whilst we all understand the covid 19 situation if you cant handle the orders your recieving and manage to deliver them dont accept more orders and peoples money,the canvases i ordered were for fathers day and its embarassing telling family yes ive bought u a gift but its still not arrived,especially at that time we werent able to see family those gifts would of been a nice boost to morale,other companys seem to be managing with minimal delay.And whats more frustrating is that ive not been updated with an estimate at least of when they will arrive though i have sent various emails,again canvases are usually fab when they eventually arrive just a shame about the delivery and lack of correspondance
