I have two large format printers from these guys and also have annual support and servicing. If I ever run in to an issue they are always there for support or to come out and fix on site. The added bonus they also do a wide variety of media to go on my machines and will advise what is best. Great team and great all round service!

Very helpful company from the business owner, through to the service engineers and shop staff. I recently traded in my Roland print/cut machine for an upgrade. SMS offered a great deal, delivered and commissioned the new model plus removed the broken one. Will continue to trade with SMS having renewed my service maintenance contract with them and always order my replacement inks and cleaning fluids from them. Would highly recommend.

Recently started creating signs as a side job and for doing bits for my family so I ordered my first machine which was the Roland sp300v. Once I ordered the machine I had it delivered the following day and was even shown the ins and outs of the machine. Having owned the machine now for 2 months the after sales and the service I've gotten from the company have been 2nd to none. 10/10 would reccomend.
