I came in on Monday morning absolutely shattered and distraught because my final outcome had been destroyed by another printing company. When I came into Letterworks and explained everything that had happened and I only had 7 days left to print 3 books that were 400 pages long each, I didn’t think anywhere would be able to do it within that time frame. However the staff at Letterworks were so brilliant as they reassured me they would be able to fix the damage on the current files and have it printed by that Friday, ready for my deadline on Monday. I’ve just picked up my three books and I’m over the moon.
