Absolutely brilliant experience ordering from here! Love to support local and businesses like this make it so easy to do so! I had a question before I ordered and got put through to Daisy who was outstanding. Daisy solved my query quickly and kindly, I was so impressed! My order was delivered the next day, despite me not asking for next day despite me not even requesting next day delivery. When the product arrived I was straight on it! I ordered the sensitive lotion to try and am absolutely not disappointed. It isn't greasy or smelly and absorbs into the skin beautifully. Looking forward to seeing any long term results. 2 year mark of taking goat kefir. My Rosacea has had absolutely zero improvement in two years. I’ve tried all the soaps, skin care and tried tinctures to try and get bad bacteria. I’ve followed the diet. My skin still stings and my rosacea keeps progressing. Is it a good company. DEFINITELY the staff are well trained ( but seem to be working from script ) Is the kefir good YES best on the market in the UK Will it cure your skin problems NO . Will it help your guts PROBABLY if you change your diet . We all need to cut processed food and sugar . We all should have listened to our grandmas. As fo Shann Nix Jones a very knowledgeably inspirational woman. Unfortunately we are only on the tip of the iceberg on what we know about the Gut Biome and the skin connection. And as they repeatedly say Rosacea is the hardest to treat . So don’t get your expectations up too much.

I saw them through an FB ad. I was skeptical at first but after reading some reviews I finally decided to try the Super Sensitive Balm. I’ve been suffering from what doctors think of as Rosacea (mo formal diagnosis by experts yet) but my nose goes through cycles of painful eruptions (also unpleasant to look at) I’ve tried all the medicated gels and creams that I have been prescribed but nothing helped. It would give my skin a week or two respite then the vicious cycle continues. Although I’m only on day 2 of using this balm, it has definitely calm down the redness, soreness and itchiness. I will update with more photos when I see a more progress after using it for longer. Ordering from the site is straight forward, has a PayPal option which is very handy and I ordered on a Friday, Got the confirmation and message that it will be delivered on Monday (free delivery as well) but was pleasantly surprised when I received a message Saturday morning that my parcel from Chuckling Goat will be delivered around noon! It was literally next day delivery! I was very impressed. I’m also in love with the actual product container. I am already trying to think of different ways to repurpose the gorgeous jar the balm comes in. As the product is a balm and I’m mainly using it on my face, it can be quite unpleasant on initial application but you’d soon get used to it as it gets absorbed by your skin. Surprisingly, it’s not oily once you rub it in your hands as well. I’m not a fan of the smell, but that’s no big deal for the relief it gave me when I used it. I woke up the next day with less flakiness on my face and the open sores on my nose scabbed over (which I’m happy about!) I have high hopes for this product and so far it’s not disappointing. I will update once I have used it longer. 5 stars for processing of order, speedy delivery and gorgeous container, also positive experience on first application.

I learnt about it from a friend. I have IBS and psoriasis. I have been drinking the kefir, one of their teas and also using their skincare cream on my psoriasis. The skin is getting better but the main thing has been the difference to my IBS symptoms. I recommend it. It's an acquired taste though when it comes to kefir - if you are used to natural yoghurts, sour milk or sour cream you will be fine, Otherwise it may take a while :)

The skincare range from Chuckling Goat is amazing! I've had dry flaky skin on my face and psoriasis on my scalp for as long as I can remember. Over the years I've tried so many creams and lotions and nothing ever managed to shift it. After a couple of weeks using CG's 'Soothing' range (soap and lotion) it has completely disappeared. Totally gobsmacked. Smells lovely too! Thanks guys! Also, on my first order one of my bottles of kefir was damaged in transit. I sent an email and was immediately sent another bottle no problems. Hi I wanted to tell you that I am absolutely delighted with the products I received today. The oil has a truly lovely sent, spicy and very refreshing at the same time and the kefir lotion sank into the skin without leaving an oily residue. This goats milk kefir is magical stuff. Takes a while to get used to the flavour - I don't like fizzy, but I wouldn't stop taking it now because it's made such a difference to painful gut symptoms. I decided to sign up for chuckling goats kefir in order to populate my gut with all the good bacteria kefir has to offer and therefore improve my acne prone skin (My skin doesn't like cows milk kefir but itblovea goats!). I noticed very quickly an improvement in my skin and also the ability to tolerate more foods. I am on my second 3 week batch of kefir and I absolutely love it! I recently came across Chuckling Goat and am so happy I did. I suffer with discoid eczema, which is caused by stress, even though I don’t feel stressed. I have been using Chuckling Goat calming and soothing cleansers and lotions for about 3 to 4 weeks now, which are absolutely gorgeous and smell divine. My eczema is already starting to look better, less red and angry. I used to use emollients and steroid creams, which can be bad for the skin if over used (thin the skin), so was happy to find a more natural remedy which is kinder to my skin. I have recently started using goats milk and goats milk yoghurt, and in the New Year will be looking at starting the CG milk kefir subscription. Having read so many positive reviews about the CG Oil, I decided to purchase a bottle. Again this is top quality, it smells divine, I used it in the bath and also as a room fragrance, it has such an uplifting lemony scent. I was advised to try kefir to try and resolve my long term use of proton inhibitors for chronic reflux and indigestion which have given me some bad side effects. I am now on my third delivery, so taken it for 6 weeks up to now, which has proved amazing. Just received my second order of Kefir, soaps and lotions. While I'm never going to be a fan of the goaty taste and smell, I will say it's an excellent product on all accounts. From packaging and delivery, to actually starting each day with 200ml (I upped the recommended dose by 30ml) the products are first class all the way. Most importantly, I am feeling the benefits from the kefir, with most energy and less food cravings. My skin too is looking and feeling revitalised. Note: Each shipment comes with detailed suggestion book for using the products and maximising the benefits. Highly recommend.

I've had acne for around 9 years or so, cystic and very painful all over my face. I tried absolutely everything, including 3 separate courses of accutane/roaccutane. 2 courses lasting around 12 months each and another for 6 months. So one can imagine how bad it was. Every single time it would eventually come back (with a vengeance). I ordered my first batch last year in November with little expectation (I didn't understand how dairy, the thing you're always told to avoid could clear my skin). Have been suffering for 4 years with sinus/dental/oral infection problems am pretty much resistant to any oral antibiotics with no resolution insight. Started taking kefir to try and 'reboot' my stomach and thereby my immune system. It's slow work but there is definite improvement, it's as if the layers of infection that have built up both fungal and bacterial are gradually being overcome/stripped away. I have good and bad days...good days are getting more. I'm on my 4th course and I do take a little more than the recommended dose I still get 'detox' days where I feel low but these are to be expected it's taken years to get this ill so there's a massive imbalance to correct. I also use the CG oil...I inhale it in steam and gargle with it...this seems to 'draw' infection through the tissue in my mouth which I can then clear. I now can manage with no antibiotics or anti fungal treatment. The key here for me was that the fungal infection used to just 'smother' the bacterial infections, then the fungal infection would get treated and the bacterial one would 'wake up'...then I'd get antibiotics so the fungal infection would rise again and smother....and so the yoyo effect continued, until my antibiotic and anti fungal pharmaceutical resistance was the result. Kefir seems to have got the fungal infection into a better balance and yes the bacterial ones have flared but slowly these seem to be being overcome/resolved including Pseudomonas Aeruginosa which was a particular problem. I have had various skin rashes, stomach upsets, headaches, tiredness/lethargy and myriad more detox effects but it has and is well worth it. I am fortunate in having a GP who recognises the benefits of this treatment as he has seen me through all my journey so far with all my treatments. All the staff at Ch Goat are very pleasant and willing to answer any questions/queries or address any worries you have, which is of great support too.

I've long standing colitis for almost 10 years now. To date, once I have a flare-up, there was nothing that could make it go and I had to wait for its natural course to go back into remission, which may take up-to 12 weeks. I'm sixty-four and I've been taking Kefir for five months now! It has completely turned my life around and if I ever end up visiting the farm, I'm going to HUG each and every goat, personally.....and all the team, of course!! My kefir journey began in April of this year (2017) when I had a private consultation with Shann to discuss my lifetime of Chronic Fatigue (M.E.) and migraines! She was very 'feet on the ground' realistic with me, listening to my story and advised me that if I wanted to 'come out the other side', it was going to take time...probably about nine months and I may well not notice any difference for about five weeks. Well...I began my daily Kefir course (I'm not going to pretend I LIKE the taste of goats' anything but with the addition of banana, blueberries or whatever else I had in my fridge, it became tolerable!) and after only THREE weeks, I began to feel far more energy, noticed I was beginning to sleep better and my migraines seemed to be decreasing....meaning, not so frequent! Yes, I did have three days of detox 'reaction' at the beginning but once I was through that, it was plain sailing! Seriously...I don't think it would be exaggerating to say that Kefir has given me a new lease of life! At sixty-four, I am attending two ballet classes a week, teaching thirteen piano lessons and taking singing lessons! So I really do BOW to the goats! And I BLESS them....and never will I have a word said against them!! And as far as I'm concerned...I will be chuckling with them for the rest of my life...which is going to be very, VERY long!! :-)

I struggled with eczema from my early teen years. Doctors prescribed a variety of drugs, which did not help at all. It was unsightly and also quite restricting as it was normally on my hands which made everything a challenge. I have been very interested in my nutrition and the sources of my food for many years.
