I have been a customer with this company for quite a while now and really love their Arabian musk scent which I chose when they had a stall at Westfields shopping centre. I still order this scent regularly from them. The only problem with them being online only is that you don't get the chance to sample other scents as you would have if they had still had a stall that you could visit in person so it would be nice to be given samples to try from time time in order to set if their are other scents you may like as well. I have remained a customer with this company because they value their customers and on the odd occasion when things go wrong (eg. once I didn't receive my order) , the level of customer service that you get more than makes up for the slight disappointment you may have felt initially. They really give you the feeling that they value your custom and that's priceless. I would highly recommend using them and have recommended them to family and friends and one of my cousins who asked me to place an order for her as she really loved the Arabian musk scent that I wear so much that she wanted some of her own. Give Opulent perfumes a try and you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely adore these perfumes. My Egyptian Musk scent lasts for several days and gets so many compliments. It's the longest lasting perfume I have ever used - oil is the way forward! The ladies who have served me at Grand Central, Birmingham have always provided excellent customer service. The price is also excellent and I love that you can take your bottle to be refilled - so eco friendly! The only downside is the roller ball on my bottle doesn't work. I took it back and the lady changed it, tried another one but for some reason it just won't work. The first time it was fine and the perfume was the same one. Bit frustrating as this was the best way to apply the perfume but still usable straight from the bottle (used up a lot quicker doing this though). Highly recommend! I'm about to try my first online order as the stand in Grand Central is still closed due to Covid-19 so we will see if the customer service is as good over the web. Give Opulent Perfumes a try - I promise you will never look back!

I have bought these perfumes since this company was in Westfields in Sheppard’s Bush. The customer service was amazing. Once they left the mall, i ordered online and then when I moved back to Canada, I continued to order overseas. My package always come quickly, the packaging is beautiful and I’ve never had any issues. The quality of their oil perfumes are amazing and I often have people ask me where I get my perfumes! I love this oil perfume I exclusively wear “Golden Dust”. I have bought from other brands but the quality of the perfume oil is just not the same. I would tell more people to buy, but I want to be the Only one with this scent! That’s how good it is!

Amazing Perfumes / have tried most perfumes including Golden Dust and Midnight Illusion. Baccarat is another amazing perfume launched recently which is sweet and woody. I would highly recommend this company who have done an amazing job with their quality perfumes. Other stores in London sell watered down perfumes... be aware.

Beautiful selection of alcohol free fragrances. Some of which I've never seen before. They are definitely long lasting. I would of given 5 stars but when I inquired how much the oil diffuser was, I was extremely shocked to hear the price tag of a whopping £60. A quick Google search found me the same product for £15 including p&p. Which makes me wonder are the scents over priced too? Other than that I'm happy with my purchase of Opium and the staff were friendly too.
