M. F.Me and my mum visited the counter to look for makeup for her wedding and were served by Rhys. He was so helpful and kind and did my mums whole face makeup going through each step for her as she doesn’t know a huge amount about the products. He was lovely and didn’t put any pressure on to buy anything but we ended up buying a few of the products he used and really loves them!

I went in to buy a few products with my husband and mother, since I’m a new Tilbury customer i wanted some advice on skincare and make up. One of the staff members were absolutely clueless on the skincare part as if she was just making things up. I was very angry and upset when another member of staff realised what had happened and apologised, asked if she can do anything to help. I explained to her what I’m looking for - straight away she sat me down, spoke me through the skincare in detail, even put it on for me… i was blown away by how fluent she was with her knowledge. Not only did she colour match me after, she somehow managed to involve my mother and husband in the conversation and made us all laugh! No one felt left out or awkward as you probably would whilst shopping for make up but it was the complete opposite, she made it exciting and fun! Such a bubbly and enthusiastic character. It made us feel welcome and at home. This is what exceptional customer service is, i found myself buying more products than i initially needed, but im not complaining i love them !
I am grateful to this amazing make up artist, i would have probably never bothered with brand again if i had walked out, it’s hard to find honest and genuine people these days.

r. g.I absolutely love the Charlotte tilbury brand . I always go to the store in John Lewis in Cardiff going back nearly two years ago I give this review a 1 star because at the time the team at Charlotte tilbury there was three girls working at the time two not bothering with the customers and one lady was running around trying to see to everyone , while the two other workers were playing on their phones talking amongst them selves , well I reported them to the head office as felt sorry for the lady in question , but two years on what a turn around the team they have on the Charlotte tilbury isle are fantastic they are helpful they talk you through everything. And the time they spend with you talking you through each product I can’t highly recommend enough , there is however one team member who stands out above the others and what a lovely chap he is , he’s very good he really knows his products and talks through everything with you his name is Rhys , what a delightful young man he is and nothing is too much trouble for him .. as you can see my high score already does the talking .. excellent service
