I went to The Body Shop store in Cardiff at St Davids on 14th April 2022 (yesterday) i was served and consulted by Georgia, she was very helpful and guided me to choose the most suitable product to by skin. Very satisfied and looking forward to shop again.

I can't recommend Holly in store enough. She had clear knowledge and understanding from both a personal and professional standpoint. It's always great to be able to ask questions and know they understand and I can't thank her enough for her help! Honestly fantastic service and done with a smile.

They have a great deal if beauty club member. Buy £30 worth & get a free set of mini shower gels worth £9. Plus anything that's hand, body & shampoo I think is 3 4 2 or buy 1 get 1 1/2 price. So my shopping came to £34 & I had some 3 4 2 & buy1 get 1 1/2 price & I already had £5 to spend on my beauty club card & got free gift bag as I spent over £25!! So many deals in 1 shop & now because it was also double points for club members I now have another £5 on my clubcard. These deals for club members are only on until tomorrow so get in quick and get some bargains. Body Shop itself is a great shop & employees are very helpful.

I absolutely love the body shop in general. The products are amazing. Some have fragrance in, which is okay, but my favourites are the fragrance free options, of which there is a significant amount. I highly recommend the camomile cleansing butter and aloe Vera collection in general to anyone with dry skin. And the tea tree oil from here is really great for acne prone skin spot treatments. This particular body shop has lovely staff who really know what they're talking about and clearly enjoy many of the products themselves, but not in a fake and obnoxious way. I have gotten some very brutally honest opinions from some staff on many occasions and as a result trust and value the opinions of staff here a lot. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if that were an option.

I visited the cardiff store in need of some products to help my acne prone skin. The lady who helped me ( was the new manager ) she was absolutely amazing. Did a few tests on my skin and then we went from there. Even though the store was busy she still found time to help me and recommend products. Also another plus was that She wasnt pushy with selling the products. Which I love as I've been to a few places which are extremely pushy and made me not want to buy the products. I'm looking forward to trying the products! Customer service 10/10 thank you so much!

So glad they have gone back to being cruilty free. The staff are very friendly and obviously love their job. They were signing a petition against animal testing when we went in and approached us in a very non pushy manner. Products are great! Especially for my sensitive skin.
