I am not the most computer literate and phoned Kathleen to help me in getting what I needed for Christmas gifts. Within one call she had selected exactly what I needed ready for collection the next day. When I arrived in store she was extremely welcoming and had everything packaged with extra bags/ribbons/tags. It was without doubt one of the best shopping experiences I have had and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

T. P.Me and my partner visited Penhaligon's Edinburgh, during our mini-moon, for a fragrance profiling experience with Kathleen and we had an absolutely incredible time. Upon arrival we were greeted with lovely smiles which put us at ease and, of course, lots of fizz and cupcakes! Kathleen told us all about the history of Penhaligon's and put so much effort into explaining the background of each scent in great detail, making our time there all the more memorable.
Kathleen has a genuine passion for what she does and it is clear to see that she is truly an incredible asset to the company. She went above and beyond our expectations of what choosing a perfume could be like. I highly recommend booking in to see Kathleen, you will not be disappointed!

Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions and spend time sampling to find the scent that's just right for you. Personally, I've had consistently great experiences in the Edinburgh store and the Islington branch too. The perfumes are so high quality you really can't go wrong.
