Came here along with my partner today, she spoke so highly of the amazing products, their scents and smells. I absolutely fell in love with the venue and so many of their products, I couldn't leave without buying some and I signed up to be a member. Will be swiftly visiting to buy more things when I get paid. Large thank you to Lin and Kamila who helped us both today, the two of them are so friendly, lovely and Rituals is lucky to have them.

I went in today after work and was approached by Anna who has offered to help me with finding appropriate skincare for my dry and sensitive skin. Working in retail myself, I know how important positive customer interaction is and I cannot rave enough about Anna's kind, patient and knowledgable approach. Had a visit to this Shop for the first time today and it won't be the last. Staff are so friendly and go out their way to help you. Got a couple of extra goodies too. Can't wait to open the Advent Calander my husband purchased for me. Well worth a visit.
