Came in today to browse with my 7 month old and recieved the usual amazing and friendly service as always. When my son was getting a bit cranky one member of staff came over and took the time to give him some attention and put a smile on his face :) Later when I was paying for my things the same woman gave me a free bath bomb for a quiet 'mum time' bath. Such a lovely thing to do and was much appreciated! (especially since the one she gave me - diamond dust - is one if the pricier ones!). Wish I had gotten her name to give proper credit but hopefully she'll see this and know she made my day!

As soon as you walk into the shop the smells are beautiful and intoxicating. Bath bombs have explosive colours...so many to choose & these always make exceptional gifts. My other fav products are: Deep sleep shower jelly which is deeply relaxing...Also Carrot cake lip scrub( you actually have to resist eating it it's that good) but honestly it's the best lip scrub. Try it for yourself. Staff are friendly here without being overbearing...🌈

Friendly staff, lots of room and well laid out store - as always most staff are pretty clued up in their range, even for beardy middle age blokes like me - ive never been made to feel out of place when picking up my usual stuff. Always on hand to recommend anything new that might suit, genuinely feels like help rather than a sale driven "add on'. Love that you get discount on items by recycling your old pots, great new system. Lush products are great and have genuinely made a difference - not just bath bombs and nice smelling soaps!

Poped in to the Glasgow lush yesterday to have a we look for Christmas gifts and was blown away by the amazing service. The store was very busy however well staffed and I was offered help to find what I was looking for very quickly. Visited this store on Wednesday.. what a great experience it was! There was a fairly long queue outside and an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff came to us asking if she could get our shopping!! She also helped me make decisions on my purchases! Came a few weeks ago, and there was one young girl that stood outside in the rain talking to me as I was by myself, then as I got into the store she helped me all round the shop to get the best products as someone that I was buying for had sensitive skin. It's ok , quite a reasonable size for a Lush store with a good variety of items. Plenty of floor space so you have room to move around, always end up purchasing something on each visit , staff are friendly and always chatty. They are always glad to help and offer demonstrations, if buying for yourself or as a gift it's worth a visit.

I absolutely love shopping in Lush. It's always nice to visit with my daughter to get some treats. Amazing bath bombs and a delicious Snow Fairy edible lip scrub which is delicious to lick off. So glad that it's the season where Snow Fairy is back. Smells devine. Very friendly chatty staff too. Amazing store.

Amazing service. Started off as a dreaded shopping trip into town but the staff were amazing and managed to turn the trip into an easy and relaxed shopping trip. Always like going in here as love all the lovely smells. Staff are very friendly but sometimes a little too in your face, friendly. My daughter loves the bath bombs and facial scrubs..well pretty much everything lol. One of the downfalls is it's quite difficult to move around in there in either store we've been in as bit small plus always busy..which is a good thing, I guess on that part. We always stop in if near one.

I was just hanging out waiting to meet my friend and it was the first time I'd ever been to Glasgow and I was thinking of getting my friend a bath bomb for her birthday, and of killing some time in lush There's an employee at this shop called Jay and she's extraordinarily lovely! she was so much fun to talk to I forgot about what I had been meaning to buy! She showed me a cool combination of skin products (a blue exfoliatey gunge kind of thing, soap, and an almond exfoliating/moisturising bar) and my hands smelled so good and felt so good after! And she understood what it's like to have curly hair even though she straightens hers which is so rare and showed me a couple of things that would be good for it - but in a way that was more like a friend advising you what was good than someone that worked in a shop? so there was one that had salt in it and she was telling me that it's good, but a lot of people don't like it because of the weird texture from the slime of the shampoo combined with the grit of the salt so probably safer to get this other shampoo bar which would work well. I also was saying how I'd been given a pot of face mask three months ago and how it had gone bad and it turned out that I'd been storing it completely wrong and she told me my best bet on how to recover it was which was useful! Also when i remembered how I'd come to get something for my friend's birthday and Jay asked what she liked all I could think of was coconut but I was shown straight to these two different things that had coconut in them and looked really cool (and when I actually gave it to my friend she was super happy with how it looked and smelled so it was a good recommendation!) When I said I was just visiting by myself for the day she gave some great recommendations of places in the city to check out, especially this gallery almost opposite the shop called the lighthouse where you can get an amazing view of the city which I would highly recommend to everyone! We chatted about being at university and the smell of the shop and sign language and the weird texture of the products and honestly I get so nervous around people I don't know well and had had such a bad journey to get to Glasgow as well as being stressed from the people in the street and loads of other stuff but it literally brightened my day she was so easy to talk to and super helpful when I was actually buying products and I said I was going to leave a joke review but I can't find it in my heart to even pretend the whole thing wasn't amazing and put me in the best mood! The shop itself was so pretty and well laid out (the only bad thing was that the heating seemed pretty high to me) but it was the awesome staff, especially Jay (the guy that chatted to me about ukuleles was great too though) that made it even better! Plus I've used the shampoo bar now and my hair feels super soft so that was also a good buy and I'll definitely consider lush for curly hair products again because so many of them are useless but this seems to work! will probably come again to check out more stuff!

One thing Lushes accross the world have in common: the company clearly trains their staff at all stores to have a culture of proactivity, warmth, and friendliness. You can't walk through the door or look at a product without someone coming up and saying hello and trying to help (yes it can be over the top, but it's probably best to err on the side of too much helpfulness). While true at other Lushes, none of this was true here, at least on this visit. Employees seemed like those at any other British retail, but they aren't up to snuff with those at other Lushes. Not proactive on this visit. Not as friendly. Management might want to retrain for the sake of brand consistency.

I have been to many LUSH stores around the world and I have to say, I was disappointed in this one. It was the first time that I was not greeted when I entered a LUSH store. And as I browsed, no one greeted me or asked if they could help. Proactive, friendly interactions with staff have become synonymous with visits to LUSH for me so I was genuinely confused when I approached a staff member and smiled, and she looked at me expressionless before turning the other way. Staff were mostly talking among themselves throughout my visit. When my partner finally approached another staff member and asked for advice about a product, they were helpful and attentive. When we left, no one seemed to notice - another first since someone has always said goodbye or, "Have a nice day" at other locations. Over all, we both felt underwhelmed by this location.
