Lovely and friendly staff and extremely helpful too.
I had 3 different ladies helped me with xmas presents i was trying to get. Helping to order a present and showed me where other things were i wanted and lucky they had all the things i needed.
Great staff ill be back in there again soon :)
N. T. J. H.A lovely store, with a pharmacy on the far left hand corner of the boots main store of Gloucester all!!
There's also a first floor upstairs, with a nhs vaccination centre and drop in clinic on the first floor with, alongside other boots products like tooth care, shaving products and other girls products like hair dryers and shavers, hair trimmers all! There is a basement floor with an boots opticians area, dept. And baby and photo products and printer machines, photo printer machines to print photo from mobile phones out here!

J. J.There is a viewing chamber where you can see some of the Roman and Medieval ruins. Roman Tours are arranged with the city museum and are run by the civic trust charity. They take place on Friday mornings or can be booked at other times.

Went for a flu jab given without feeling anything. The lady whom gave me the vaccine was very helpful and gave me instructions on information leaflet about any side effects etc. Did not have to wait long.

When i realised that I left my eye drops at home so when we got to Weston i had to ring up my doctors surgery and asked them if it's possible to send a prescription electronically to the boots in Weston which they done so i was one happy bunny.

T.Just wanted to give some positive feedback: i went into the boots store in Gloucester today and Asha was extremely helpful finding me a gift for my boyfriend- i was searching for mens fragrance and she helped me choose one. She was so patient with me and extremely helpful. It would be great if you could pass this feedback onto the store manager because her customer service skills, particularly around this time of year was exceptional!

D. B.As much as I want to think Boots is a great place for getting baby items, I'm always a bit disappointed when we go! Unfortunatly there are never any bags downstairs to carry your shopping around - I'm usually trying to shove my shopping somewhere in the pram without looking like I'm smuggling stuff! Also, there is usually one item on the list that isn't there and it's usually in the medicine section - not something I want to miss off a list! Granted, I do love the Klear-Vo capsules they sell for little colds - I have been known to use it for colds myself as I think it's much better than vicks!
With mothercare and mamas and papas disappearing, I really do hope Boots make the most of this and put a little more into their baby section as this is now the place to go for baby cosmetics. Yes you can get most baby stuff in supermarkets, but with easy accessibility being in the town centre and with hidden little gems like Klear-Vo, it is something I want to stick around.
