Went to Lush in Hull to buy a present for my daughter and we were helped to a Relax box set by Ben. He went above and beyond to look after us and also talked through lots of products and their uses. He was really knowledgeable as we mentioned both my daughters had certain allergies and he recommended several products to help. An amazing experience today, all the staff especially Ben are a credit to Lush. We look forward to returning once we have tried all our samples he showed us. Thanks Ben (you deserve a raise!) Don't go to Lush often as it's more of a treat for me. But when I do. I always have a lovely experience. There's a fantastic range of products and I'm so pleased they now do a hair product section for Afro Hair. You can tell the staff love what they do. They do everything to help the customer with a smile on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would like to thank all the staff who worked on Saturday 11th June. Especially the guy who answered my questions about the Henna Hair Dye Blocka. (I never caught his name).

Lush is nice, but I have to say its expensive...I remember a time when they first opened bathbombs used to be £2, now they're £5! They smell lovely, but they're gone in one use. It's personal choice, but I'd rather treat myself every now and then, them buy them weekly.

When with my 10 year old granddaughter on 2.6.2022... An assistant called Sam helped us. She was amazing..She had all the time for Francesca who had sml dry patches & mottled skin on her arms. Sam explained each product & what it does to us but focusing on Francesca. She tried different things & they sorted what she liked then gave her numerous samle pots to try the products they had discussed. We did buy some items but we wasn't pressured into doing it.. Would recommend anyone to go & an amazing experience for a10 year old. Sam really was fabulous with her...

Had an issue with an allergen at a store in Ireland, returned to the Hull store. They couldn’t have been better about the situation, such a positive experience. Haven’t shopped at lush prior to this but will definitely be back. It is so refreshing to have a business deal with an allergen and not feel like an inconvenience! Shout out to the Manager Ben, so knowledgable about all the products and aware of skin conditions etc!

Just Been for a party for my daughters 8th birthday with Sam, the girls loved it. They came away with much more than I expected. We always like visiting lush because we love the products and we always find the staff to be very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, but just want to say a big shout out to Sam who was very patient with our group of over excited young girls! My daughter organised for my granddaughter penny to have 4 of her friends at a lush kids party 🎉 Sam and Ollie were fantastic and enthusiastic. Arrived into the store having never been before and was met by a lovely lady called Katelyn. There was no gift sets available but she helped to make me one using fabric. Fantastic service. She explained everything to me, asked my price range and made sure I kept to that. She's a credit to your company

My sister and I went into Lush this weekend and can honestly say we had the best experience! We were pointed in the direction of Florence who was so helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she gave us a few options to try to find the best things for us. When we went to the till to pay, we were speaking to Ben who was also lovely and talked a bit more about product options available. You were both lovely and we came away from the visit feeling happy, and having enjoyed speaking to you both. We can't wait to return!

My sister and I went there to buy an item and easily found everything we had wanted within the door with the strong smells and bright colours. When we went to check out we told the lovely cashier that it was my sisters birthday and they made it special by offering her samples. They were lovely to talk to and even offered me samples. My sister mentioned she liked apples so he sprayed apple on her to then give her the rest of the bottle as the store would no longer stock it at this one in the future. They were so kind and lovely and would love to be served by them again.

I'm not one who usually likes talking to or getting ambushed by staff in shops, but was forced to ask for help due to the amount of products available. Staff member was great in walking me round explaining the items and helped with a create your own hamper for Christmas. Fantastic help all round.

Amazing! A lovely lady popped straight over while I was looking at the spa treatments. I'd missed my train back home and had some time to kill, and she gave me a hand massage and we chatted about all sorts. Amazing customer service, made me feel so at ease and welcome and not like I was sat in the middle of a shop 🤣 bought the massage bar and left feeling wonderful! If only I'd had time for the other hand to be treated... Best experience I've had in Lush hands down, and probably one of the best I've had in a store full stop. Thank you!!

I visited the store a second time to look for a birthday present for my wife. I entered the store and approached another colleague who was very polite and helpful, Kelly overheard and remembered me from my visit over the weekend and opened a dialogue. With very limited information, Kelly was able to help provide clear suggestions in a very polite, professional manner, and was very patient with my questions throughout our discussion. I have very little knowledge on healthcare products but Kelly explained things in a clear manner that was easy to understand even after I needed them to be repeated again. I'm very happy with the customer service from this store and will recommend others to purchase products from this branch due to the quality of the staff. Thank you, Kelly!

I love the products in Lush. It’s not somewhere I go to top up my toiletries (more like Home Bargains), so I do like to have a leisurely browse. I wanted a spray so I was looking and sniffing when this young, male sales assistant approached me. I felt quite uncomfortable even though he was trying to advise me. He kind of did not leave my side until I’d decided on a spray then told me about a matching bath bomb. I only shower! I only didn’t keep my headphones on so as not to appear rude. I might next time though. If I need help I will ask for it. Other wise, please stop with the hard sell. It’s really off putting!!

The customer service is absolutely brilliant! First of all, they take you through the products if you've never been before. Secondly, they let you test products so you can see which ones you like and don't like. Third of all, if you want to be left alone, they will leave you alone. Fourthly, the staff are always happy and friendly. But most importantly, when my friend had taken in her cheap as frick Primark bag, it broke in the store. One staff member quickly rushed over to supply us with one of their more sturdy paper bags that 1, save the environment, 2, advertise against animal testing, and 3, can hold much more weight than a massive frick off Primark bag. All in all, I don't see any problem whatsoever with this store, it is simply delightful to shop there.

Visited Lush (Hull) and was greeted by the most amazing, enthusiastic and knowledgable assistant, called Lily. She told me so much about the products I was interested in buying and showed me one or two new ones. She was also very knowledgeable about the charitable work that the company is involved in and was passionate about “naked” products (ones without any packaging). I like the attitude Lush has to protecting our planet and I loved meeting Lily.
