I visited the Charlotte Tilbury counter over the weekend, looking for a new foundation since I had been previously colour matched incorrectly by another makeup brand. Millie assisted me at the counter, and was so lovely. She offered to show me what the foundation would look like on my skin and colour matched me perfectly. She gave loads of great advice, really listened to my needs and was overall extremely helpful. She ended up adding some concealer, powder and blush to my face so I could get an idea of how the foundation would look alongside the other Charlotte Tilbury products. We came back a few hours later as we had more shopping to do, and gave another staff member the list of products Millie had kindly made a note of, and ended up buying all the things she demonstrated. All the staff at the counter were extremely lovely and helpful, but Millie in particular was really wonderful. Highly recommend! 😊❤️

Had my makeup done by Chantelle today and I love it! Would highly recommend her. She was really informative talking me through every step of the makeover and I purchased most of the products she used. Really looking forward to trying them out for myself. Had the makeup on 6 hours and still looks so fresh. Purchase’s all boxed and beautifully packaged. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my makeup done here yesterday by Raina. She explained each item and when I was done I had a fresh glow and really soft pretty makeup. Today I go for a facial there and can’t wait. The staff make the experience and here they are lovely.

Fantastic experience yesterday with the girls @ Charlotte Tilbury ... John Lewis Leeds. After being wrongly colour matched in December by another person during the hectic Christmas shopping period. The manager, kindly took the time to completely redo my colour match and worked her magic on my face, talking me through the process and sharing her knowledge & wisdom. I left feeling great & with a new foundation (courtesy of Charlotte Tilbury).. plus some other bits I couldn’t resist. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back again.
