I always love visiting Benefits! I didn't have an appointment and went because I was on Boots at the time. Kim is so amazing, she remembers me and managed to squeeze me in between appointments! Love visiting and highly recommend everyone there! Always feel like my brows are well looked after by all the girls there!

Before I moved away I had Rebecca at the Benefit counter in Fosse Park (Boots) who did my eyebrows. She was super friendly and always did a lovely job - colour matched my eyebrows well when getting them dyed and kept a nice shape when I had them waxed. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was welcomed by Rebecca at Fosse park, Leicester *apologies if I’ve gotten your name wrong* she was super helpful. She was very easy to approach and we went through what products/colours would suit my skin tone. I didn’t realise they offered additional services such as waxing etc but it’s something to think about if I have time. She was basically wonderful from start to finish ☺️

PT.1 Had an appointment with Rebecca and can I just say this may be the best my brows have looked when someone else has done them, I am very picky with my brows because they became my obsession, I will go anywhere so long as my brows are done, I used to get them done elsewhere but they would never get as defined or as detailed as benefit, I also used to do them myself and while I loved doing them it would take me up to 3 hours to do them both. I recently let them grow out and was looking for a more upscale place to get them done because the last place that did them messed them up, when I tell you that my brows have never looked better, and I liked them thinner, but after my appointment and the way Rebecca left some thickness in the body of the brow but transitioned them into a fine point is amazing honestly I am in love, the only thing I would ask for next time is for it to be a bit thinner but that’s just personal preference cause they look amazing either way PT.2 So as I was sooooo ecstatic about the first session I obviously went back, but this time I went to see Kim, These 2 women know the brow gameeee, I explained exactly what I wanted and how I wanted to try a new shape and have my brows be more angles and she did the damn thing, on top of giving my brows a beauty beat down and transformation Kim also made me feel so comfortable, I have had so many experiences where because of my gender I am made to feel uncomfortable, nope not here me and Kim had the time of our lives and it’s that, that’s make a service amazing, because I can then put all of my trust into the service, and the same goes for Rebecca, they are both so lovely and friendly with amazing bright personalities that honestly make you feel so good about yourself, if you haven’t yet or you are thinking of going to benefit I would honestly say that this is by far the best service I have ever received and I thank Rebecca and Kim for being so inviting and inclusive and honestly they both are so amazing I am now going to struggle, because who do I get to do my brows next imma have to alternate, but thank you ladies and I would definitely recommend them for you to go see for the brow transformation 🥰 Btw pic 1 is Rebecca’s brows and pic 2 is Kim’s brows 🥰😍
