Price of perfume is a bit steep compared with other local perfume shops. I had vouchers so I had to purchase here but I was pleased with my purchase. I think if you purchase something expensive, they should give you perfume/make up samples free to encourage you to return.

I recommend this place to every one, the staff at the medication dispenser counter are lovely, friendly, kind and very helpful. Its love and clean, warm you can relax going round doing your shopping from meds to glasses, makeup, perfume, eveything for a ladies needs to everything a gentlemen needs too,

We went in for something specific but couldn't find what we were looking for. The lack of staff meant we had to queue at a check out for 10mins to be told they didn't have what we wanted in stock. Unfortunately this is a recurring theme at Boots now.

Lady called Jo helped me to develop my photo of my lovely dog that just passed to glory. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She spent loads of time helping me and I could see she was a busy lady but she helped me work the machine. I hope the bosses read this and promote her , this is the kind of staff you need.

Went in to purchase a perfume for my birthday. Susan from the fragrance department really knew her stuff and gave me lots of options, helping me to keep in budget and find out what suited me. She made me feel really confident and I left with the biggest smile on my face. Amazing member of the team!

This pharmacy is the best in Liverpool. The staff of this pharmacy is very kind and helpful. Although I live in L8, I always get my medicine from this pharmacy.

Anne from the Chanel counter really gave me full attention and professional advice on which fragrances to purchase, talking me through them etc (i purchased a Givenchy one as well as a Chanel one). She was v.well presented and friendly and COVID safe. She also showed me how to download the Boots app which really benefited me and she didn't rush me at all.

Just had my travel consultation and vaccinations there. Very thourugh and knowledgeable, all diseases, vaccinations and prevention explained. Prices for my vaccination are not cheap, but to be fair, it's an exotic disease and your health is most important anyway. Overall, money well spent!

Great place to get a work lunch

I visited Boots in Clayton Square for my daughters chicken pox vaccinations. I was very happy with the experience, due to the professionalism and friendliness of the pharmacist, Matthew. He asked what my daughters favourite cartoon was and she watched Teletubbies while he prepared the vaccine and for a few minutes afterwards while we monitored for any ill effects. He also gave her a lot of high fives, watched and held her while I filled out forms. One thing I will comment on that could be improved is the pricing structure. 75 for each vaccination, or 140 when paid for in full. This pricing structure discriminates against parents with less disposable income, making it harder for them to get their children vaccinated. Please reconsider pricing the vaccinations at a flat price for people who can afford both at one time, and those who need to make the payments spread out.

Went into boots Clayton square today to purchase a gift for my partner. A lovely lady named Clare S , served me and she was the loveliest lady ever. She gave me information on the different size bottles they had and also told me about the boots points you get etc. After I purchased the after shave she kindly asked me if i would like it gift wrapped. So she took me over to the dior stand, told me to take a seat while she wrapped up the gift! Plus she complemented my outfit aswell :) Thank you for me treating me so nicely Clare xxx

Ignorant 'manager' Visited Liverpool for 2 days & went into Boots I asked a man in a suit whom I saw putting some stuff on a shelf where I would find the joint supports, he didn't acknowledge me & mumbled I'd find it in the '?' aisle, when I said sorry I can't here you he reluctantly stormed towards the aisle to show me! Not a way to treat customers Mr!!

After trying to get through on the phone to the Beauty team in Boots @ Speke Retail Park [ringing out for 5mins] I thought I'd try Clayton Square..as nobody answered phones on Beauty... I tried general .. still no answer so I will go to Debenhams or John Lewis for my creams.. this isn't the 1st time .. very disappointed as I purchase a lot of items in Boots..

In 7 days i die. boots clayton square request i ask my dr at dunstan village , dr majeed 7 days before my prescripition is due. am to phone the reception at my dr,s . the drs reception ( all recorded ) say they know nothing about it and they can issue no prescriptions over the phone. .which is obvious , . boots clayton square liverpool . boots head office NOTTINGHAM . say its the dr who is requesting this new system. so am left in the middle with no prescription . no further action will be taken by me , no more phone calls 10 phone calls and visits in person have been made to the dr,s reception and boots clayton square and boots head office in nottingham . 7 days and am dead. joseph hanlon. 17/07/2017 .1017 am
