Little man behind the till is very nice. I don't understand these bs reviews there probably from 40 year old virgins who still live with there mums

M. B.I am a regular at this shop. I do not go to any other hair shop but this one. The products are great and there is 1 beautiful lady who is ethnic like myself who wears a head wrap who I love seeing every time I’m there because she is very helpful. The only let down is the white ladies who they hired this year don’t have a clue about black hair so it’s a struggle to talk to them and I always buy the same lace wig in there for the same price and the last time I went in there it went from £25 to £55 which was really disappointing for me. But other than that I love this shop.
E. M.I like to get my beauty products from here because they have a wide range to choose from, and I usually get my specific products from here too. Staffs are polite and few of them have been around for over 15 years and they seem to have adequate knowledge about the products customers want. There are fairly new staffs which I doubt have much knowledge of some of the products but overall it's a great place to get beauty and hair products.

Just want to make you aware in case you would prefer to support an actual black owned business. I have bought from them so far been OK.

A. C.You WILL NOT be served with a smile, it's quite the opposite but don't take it personal. I use this shop for over 3 years. They do talk on their own language between them all the time so sometimes, specially if you are buying hair extensions, you will just stand there wondering if he will get the product or not. Saying that the variety of products is amazing and massive so really worth going.
