I emailed the company yesterday afternoon with a query from my mother who is self isolating and fed up. she had run out of her favourite nail varnish and this was apparently a disaster! The colour that she had was discontinued so I sent a message in the vain hope that someone might pick it up. I was amazed and delighted to receive a text from Talia Conway in customer services who then went on to have an email exchange with me until we had Mum sorted!
