I love these skincare products. I have been using base plus creams and serums consistently and I can honestly say that they make a material difference to the quality of my skin. My skin is markedly clearer, smoother and brighter for using these products. I say this having previously used creme de la mer and glossier. Base plus are now my go to daily skincare brand. Not least because Base plus personalises cream and serums to your own requirements. Furthermore, I really appreciate the environmentally friendly packaging as making socially responsible consumer choices is important to me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would not normally be so effusive in this type of review but these products are worth every penny.

Been loving the way my skin is looking and feeling after using this paired with the serum for a month straight now. Looking even more forward to seeing the effects from continued use At first I was trying to find the right amount for me, but I think I’ve found 2 squirts of each works perfectly. Especially after the face is already feeling nice and fresh (after the usual wash/cleanse and toner) - such a simple and effective routine Highly recommend.

I’ve been purchasing products from Base since their launch, and they never fail to impress. The consultation tool asked about my current skin condition and main concerns, and provided a recommendation (niacinamide & aloe moisturiser, and jojoba serum). The redesigned products come with a pump and two caps for extra security which I love. I also noticed that my name is written on both items, which is a really nice touch. It’s amazing to see how much thought and effort goes into taking care of customers as individuals - everything from the online tool and follow-up communication, to the packaging and educational material felt like it was specifically tailored to me and my needs. On the products - I’ve loved Base products since their launch and this time was no different. The jojoba serum glides on smoothly and feels very light and soothing. The new moisturiser formulation is a winner - although I have oily skin, I get very dry in winter months. This new formulation keeps my skin hydrated, without the heaviness of a night cream. My SPF blends in with the moisturiser perfectly and I haven’t observed any excess oil over the course of the day, which I usually do. All in all, I’m a huge fan of the company and will keep purchasing for as long as I can!

I cannot believe the results I've experienced using Base plus products. Within the space of a week I saw visible improvement. Dry patches cleared up. I've also been troubled by hyperpigmentation for years without any solution. The combination of the serum and moisturiser has worked miracles. My skin is clear after a month of use and any new marks clear up with ease. I am more confident about my skin than I've ever been.

I cannot stress how much I love this moisturiser!!! I was dubious at first because creams in general do not agree with my sensitive skin. One of my top skincare finds for 2020! The moisturiser is customisable, which isn’t something I’d seen before, so I was eager to try it and wasn’t at all disappointed! The formulation is rich and makes the rest of my skincare routine feel sealed in. I’ve also tried the Good Skin serum which is such a hidden gem, I can’t wait to purchase! It sinks in so beautifully, gives an amazing glow and makes my skin feel supple and hydrated. Last but certainly not least, it would be wrong of me to not mention how personal able and attentive the customer service is. I’ve never seen anything like it, I’ve been made to feel like a VIP from sign up to after purchase which is just the bow on top of this amazing brand.

This has officially become my holy grail skincare product. My skin has never felt so soft and smooth. The serum and custom moisturiser combo does insanely wonderful things to my skin, it's officially the best skincare I've ever used — and I've tried everything from £3 drug store brands to £100 luxury brands. Because I have combo skin, I find that most products I've used either leave me oily in the T-zone or dry around the nose. This is the first moisturiser where I feel like it balances my oil levels so effectively. I'm actually glowing, and even my partner has noticed how smooth and nice my skin looks since using Base Plus! I also love that it's all vegan/plant-based, and just a little goes a long way. The packaging that it arrived in was so beautiful, and came with a hand written thank you note. 10/10, highly recommend you won't regret it!

By far the best serum/moisturiser combo I've used to date!! Being able to customise my products to meet my specific needs has done wonders for my skin. Especially having a combination of oily and dry skin, I find that the moisturiser effectively balances my oil levels so that I'm not left with an oily T-zone. I love the way my face doesn't feel tight or dry in the morning since I've started using these products. Also love how a little of each product goes a long way - this was a lovely surprise given how moisturised I feel after using it. Fantastic plant-based products, 15/10 would recommend and looking forward to purchasing again!

My skin has never ever looked this good. I cannot tell you how much I have loved the moisturizer - it honestly has changed my skin. I have never been this radiant and even-toned AND blemish free! The face cream is beautiful, i love the way it melts into the skin, as i only use it in the evening it’s the perfect amount of thickness as well. Unfortunately my skin can be very temperamental and sensitive so i try and use it every other night which works just fine. I’ve still got loads to get through because i only need a tiny amount. The the serum is my fave! I always wake up looking so much better! I use it every other night under some light cream or the Base cream and have seen a difference in my acne marks and overall look of the skin. Now I’m not saying my acne marks have disappeared but it definitely has helped with the appearance!

I pre-ordered my own blend of moisturiser (algae + niacinamide) and received the good skin serum too. After using consistently for 2 months, I have to say I am ridiculously impressed!! I buy from The Ordinary (huge Deciem fan), Inkey List, CeraVe, so that I can buy ingredient specific skincare to target certain skin issues. And I have seen some results but nowhere near like I have done with Base+. I'm almost 31 and an on-off smoker for the past 12 years - my skin shouldn't be looking this radiant but it does! My skin FINALLY looks even toned, brighter, smoother, less oily, pore size has significantly reduced, even my forehead wrinkles and laughter lines look less grand canyon-like. To get all that from one moisturiser and one serum to me is an absolute game changer. I'm not having to use 6 separate serums anymore when my personalised moisturiser and the good skin serum have everything I need in it already - saves me both time and money! Not to mention the service from the Base+ team is amazing. From website UI, to customer care, to the packaging - I can't find anything to fault. Personalised custom skincare is the future and I am SO here for it!

I really love the consistency of the product. I have combo skin (oily/normal/hormonal acne) and this cream really helps moisturise my skin especially bc I get really dry in winter 😭 I’ll probably try another combo once it finishes but it’s lasting me a long time, I’ve been using it 3-4 times a week since I got it in September and I’m just about halfway through it. I’ve been using both the BasePlus personalised moisturiser and ‘Good Skin’ serum for just over a month now and the difference I’ve noticed is hard to miss. If you do anything, at LEAST get yourself a personalised moisturiser and bottle of Good Skin serum. Especially if you're oily like me. Life changing. My moisturiser is based with green tea and niacinamide which has done wonders for my blemish prone skin. Blemishes have faded significantly after a few weeks of twice-daily use. The formula is super lightweight and not greasy at all. It's actually mattifying and minimises the look of pores instantly. And that's just the moisturiser... Get yourself the serum and find out for yourself :) This is an amazing company with the most A1 team behind it. Please patronise it.
