p. t.I went to this branch on 19th July afternoon after going to Brixton, Peckham and Seven Sisters. They had so far the biggest range , the wigs for example were very well kept something that didn't happen in other stores that were selling wigs that were on display in terrible state.
I spoke in store with a lady that didn't pay much attention but when I was leaving the store I was approached by the son of the owner which saved the day . He was extremely helpful and informative helping me to choose a wig . He told me in end to cameback by end of the month as he will have more stock .
The young man is really an asset to the store and i wish more stores had someone like him.
In UK most of the hair shops are owned by men that know nothing about the products they sell wich is terrible and even worse than that is when they try to argue with clients that know more than them. We try and use the products not them .
They should have training in order to advise clients to be more helpful and not just there working as security watching clients.
They loose sales cause costumers if they are not confident of what they hear about the product they won't buy .

H. V.Nice shop. Most of the staff friendly. Some others watch you if you're going to steal.. But mostly I git treated very well indeed. Prices are OK compared to Paks. Very good variety of black hair care products and makeup.
M. G.If you are looking for an array of beauty products then you should definitely give this place a visit. The store is nicely laid out, the size is medium, just right not too big. The prices are very good, cheaper than other specialised stores. You'll get products here that are difficult to buy in local high street beauty stores. Products ranging from deep conditioners to organic oils. There is an array of all kinds of oils & creams too numerous to mention. Lots of products for hair health including thinning. The make-up is very reasonably priced. There is a wig & hair extension section, again the prices are reasonable. What I particularly liked was the staff, nice & friendly, and ready to help you. This store definitely gets a thumbs up from me.
