I recently had an appointment at Bobbi brown Oxford st. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the manager and my make up artist Gabrielle (the fabulous Romanian lady) for being so kind to me after the day I had. I unfortunately Got caught up in the terrorist attack at London Bridge yesterday and so not only was I late for my appointment as a result I was an emotional wreck. They were both amazing at calming my nerves as I was adamant for the days events not to interfere with me making a black tie event that evening. gabrielle did an awesome Job with my smokey eyes couldn’t recommend them more! I look forward to very much coming back into the store again.
