I have always admired this store from afar, and I spontaneously decided to take the plunge and visit here for the first time. This by far was the best and most memorable customer service experience I have ever had in a cosmetic store. Aster was the advisor who served me and from start to finish she was extremely friendly, patient, attentive, informative and genuinely willing to help me. Foremost, Aster took the time to build a positive rapport with me, she was very engaged in our conversation which made me feel so at ease. Also, Aster didn't make me feel like a nuisance for asking follow-up questions, and she ensured that I was completely satisfied with the products I had selected. Above all else, she was not pushy in her sales technique; specifically she didn't try to upsell other products to me and gave me time to deliberate which products I actually wanted. All in all I had the utmost confidence and assurance in Aster's recommendations, due to her consistent genuity. My customer service experience with Aster, completely transformed my previous feelings and perceptions about cosmetic shopping experiences. I just want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Aster, for the exceptional customer service experience she delivered to me. I will definitely visit this store again in the near future and I hope I am fortunate enough to encounter Aster again!

Amazing products, wonderful makeup artists and the best service I've received in a long time! The incredible makeup artist called Levi worked her magic - all I can say is that she's a genius/miracle worker. She was so lovely, knowledgeable and friendly - we absolutely loved her! Levi passed on some fabulous tips and techniques, as well as leaving us feeling empowered. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone - and this store in particular!

I love this place! I was introduced to Charlotte Tilbury make up last year and I'm slightly obsessed. Her shops are a thing of beauty! Her make up is fantastic. I particularly love the eye shadow pencils and her wonder glow. They have a fun selfie mirror that will show you what you'll look like made up in their signature looks and they have knowledgeable staff on hand to help you out if you want to try anything. They also have a make up studio where you can pay for a professional make up artist to try a new look on you - the reviews I've seen are great, I believe the cost is redeemable against any purchases.

Niamh at the Westfields London store was so so SO lovely! She approached me and spent the time to go through a specific skincare and makeup routine as I was saying I had no time to apply makeup anymore. She was so patient and very accommodating. I was promptly introduced to the range of foundations, colour matched for foundation, powder and under eye concealer. Very few foundations are this flawless, weightless & translucent ie. ultra-light, extremely natural with a seamless finish. It's probably the best since discovering Versace foundation & corresponding loose & compact powders in 1998. Unfortnately, these shades were very sadly discontinued circa 2003. Blemish-free, clear, radiant complexion skin can appear dull, significantly heavily made up on application of most other brands of foundation especially for those such as myself whom are of medium brown skinned person of African descent with combination/ oily skin type despite a formulation being described as light/ medium coverage. Having bought over a dozen premium brand foundations and/or powders and tried well over three dozen in the past three decades but this is one of the very few get 5 stars from me. The main off-putting factor for potential customers is pricing. Yes, its prices are nearer the upper end amongst premium/ luxe cosmetic brands costing about 20% more than the lower end premium brands. All in all, great service personnel, no long queues outside the store. Two minutes in a queue outside a well known competitor brand store opposite Charlotte Tilbury with at least six before me was enough reason to finally switch. Unsure if/ when I'd be seen because it was past 8pm on Friday evening. After a long week at work, social event on Saturday; I looked across and made a bee line for the store. I purchased what I needed despite being previously put off by pricing. Efficient, knowledgeable, helpful staff who were very prompt in attending to customers without pushing sales. The atmosphere was lovely & calm, neither rushed not delayed. The demonstration of products was prompt. It is a brand that consists of a vast, very impressive range of foundation shades & concealers actually caters well for those of African descent because formulations (are not off-colour ie. no unnaturally red/ yellow tones or just completely wrong shades with grey, heavy finish). The finish is probably better than most (if natural & barely made-up is what you are hoping to achieve). I am yet to try the face powder compact hence no ratings. I'm very pleased & most certainly will be back instore to try much more and/or replenish these items as long as they aren't discontinued.

Normally when I go in there , the two white ladies make me feel a little rushed and a nuisance when trying to match my shade , as my skin tones just one if those skin tones.... today for the first time in ages and a new lady called Tia was in there and her customer service is bloody brilliant! She sat me down actually put the two different tones on my face and was really helpful too quality service

The best make up brand ever!! If you havn't tried it, you must. It may cost slightly more than some brands but the quality is outstanding. Everything I have bought stays on the whole day without reapplying. It may look a little intimidating from outside as it's so glitzy but go in, the staff are so helpful and will spend time finding you the right shade etc. Try it you will not be disappointed.

On Saturday the 7th of September I visited your store in Westfield London, it was about 9 in the evening and I was served by an amazing make up artist but I never caught her name. I’m not one to take my make up off in front of anyone, let alone be out of the house in public without it on but she made me feel very comfortable and showed me how to use the multi miracle glow to remove my make up. The artist was very patient with me as I explained my lack in confidence especially due to a recent break out of awful spots, she asked me what I wanted my base to do for me and then slowly spoke me through step by step how to apply not only a fantastic smelling magic cream but the new airbrush flawless foundation and magic away liquid concealer. I really was speechless by the result and how good my skin looked and how such a small amount of products was hiding a multitude of sins! The artist had so much knowledge about each and every product and really made it relevant to me and what I was looking for. The added glass of free Prosecco was just the cherry on the cake for me. I came to the shop with my mum and my auntie who over the last few years have been very critical of my heavy, unmatching make up that they know I won’t give up because I thought it worked - how wrong I was! Finally my mum and auntie both agreed it suited my skin tone, my love of a little tan, it covered what I needed to and didn’t look heavy on me! Today I tried the make up for myself and I left the house feeling confident and beautiful. As I said at the beginning I didn’t catch the ladies name who helped me in the Westfield London store but she was blonde and beautiful herself and was able to relate to my spot prone skin problems (although her skin looked flawless) if it helps find who she was I purchased the miracle glow, the magic cream, airbrush flawless foundation and magic away concealer and my auntie purchased the bronzer and highlighter set because she loved it on me! If this message can be passed to store so the lady can be recognised properly I would really appreciate it, I have worked with make up and still work in customer services and think it’s important this lady knows she really has changed my life because I now love me! Thank you for all your help!!! X

The staff here usually ignore me, its really hard to find someone if I want to ask about something but last time I went trying to find a gift I had the most helpful shop assistant. Although they didn’t have in stock one of the itms I wanted. The shop is so beautiful as well!

Had a makeover wasn't great bought the makeup and havent used it. Was told to buy the best selling makeup lipstick pillow talk but is is too somber for me. Lovely store. Try and get a good person. In hindsight the lady who did my makeup was in her 20s znd gothic looking with pale skin. I ought to have opted for some one who was wearing nartural makeup and nearer my age of 40.

I have not ever been to the store in London, only ordered online, but truly this is the best makeup ever. It can be found only in Nordstroms in the U.S. and it caught my eye so I bought an eyeshadow pallette. I was hooked after that. It is gorgeous. I hate to admit it, but over time I have bought every product she makes. The lipsticks stay on and the colors are out of this world. The eyeshadow palettes are so easy to apply and the instructions are the same for all of them -- anyone can do it. But they look so beautiful. I get comments constantly about how good my makeup looks. Just go to Charlotte Tilbury on You Tube and watch the tutorials. They are unbelievable. You can start slowly collecting it if you want like I did. But I have not ever regretted it. I even went to Amazon to but lucite holders to hold all the lipsticks (I finally broke down and bought the sets which are better value) and holders for the blushes (there are only 6 luckily!) and palletes. (I think only 9 or 10) I had to have them all. No regrets!!
