I found reasonably priced hair care products for my 4c natural hair and they have a very wide variety of brands you can choose from. Customer service here is excellent and you get the feel of being a part of the family as a customer. Very friendly business owner.

A small store with an amazing selection of products at great prices. Store staff are always friendly and helpful. The go to!! Note: Limited parking in the area, however loads of regular transport links locally.

Great well stocked black owned hair supply store, got my mielle tgin and Camille rose products, , some raw Shea butter from Ghana and even real black soap.

I travel from North London to Golden Touch as its my closest black owned hair and cosmetic store; and its always worth the journey. They stock unique and quality products at great value and always provide service with a smile. I particularly love their raw shea and cocoa butter and cold pressed coconut oil. I highly recommend them.

I'm so happy I finally got to visit this place. It came highly recommended on social media. I live a little distance away but it was worth the journey. Parking is always an issue in Newham but the road opposite had spaces and you can pay by phone. I bought a few products which are reasonably priced. The business is black owned and the owner and her family are lovely. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Went today, they only do click and collect in lockdown 3. I placed the order online and called beforehand to see if I could collect it straight away. They agreed and my order was ready when I arrived about 90 mins later. Young man at the door was polite. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

I attended this shop after a video went viral. I was not disappointed. My journey from Wales was not In vain. I will never purchase my product's from any other shop. This is definitely the place to go. Organic shea butter, organic black soap, this shop is everything. Let's support our people. I would say shop needs to open on time, keep prices competitive, staff were friendly knowledgeable about all products. Superior by far. Next time I'm visiting I will definitely be restocking. Lovely friendly customer service, shop assistant called owner to ask them my question. Far to travel for me as took me 2 hours from my neck of the woods. I went there for the black soap, coco and Shea butters. Parking is a major pain as beyond limited! I was in fear of being ticketed while looking for parking, not a good road to Cruise or do U turns on as always very busy. I went on a Sunday. Best day for parking, - hard to believe - but not if you want to meet the owners which I did, as heard how nice they are. I will return 🙏🏾 as loved the black soap. Will also get the Shea and coco butters I had to omit last time. I was not able to buy as the shop assistant does not cut from the large bulk or weigh out. Some of the black soap is pre cut, weighed and wrapped at the front of the store.

The best black owned hair store in Forest Gate! They have everything from raw products to your everyday essentials. Amazing. The staff/owners are so great and informative too.

Good family run business which is run by people who are very knowledgeable and who actually use the products. Helpful for myself as a local in Forest Gate, however products are quite pricey. Warm friendly customer service and worth checking out if you need something at your own convenience.

Glad to see black hair shop back, the couple are helpful and happy. The shop also shuts late which comes in handy. BUT the prices have been going up way too much too fast lately. Should be more price competitive, at the moment many prices are higher than at stratford centre (where the rents are much higher but they have more choice). If you want to keep your customers keep prices competitive
