I came into the Regent St store as I had heard it had an archive collection of previous scents. I was met with the most warmest of welcomes from a lovely lady called Florentina, the store was extremely busy so I wasn’t sure how the experience would go. However, Florentina made sure that my every need was met and also provided direction and help to other customers and colleagues around her! In this busy time I had lacked to see a SA that could amazingly help people around her while still making me feel as if I was her top priority! Her knowledge of all Jo Malone products was second to none! I even got chatting to other customers in the queue who also commented that this young lady was excellent! Florentina is a true asset to this company and I wish more SA could be like her. I have now made Regent St my go to Jo Malone store and plan on telling all my friends to make the journey!

Went to the store in jo malone regent street to buy a present for my mom and was served with Flo, she was wonderful and very helpful. We need someone like Flo in every store. The flag ship stone of Jo Malone London This shop on regent's street has Cologne's exclusive to it, and it only, Black Vetyvey Cafe has a sweet peppery scent with a hint of jasmine so is ideal for both men and lady's Cologne's from their past productions in their archive section are exclusive to the store. Like Assam and Grapefruit Ranging from hand creams right through to the RARE TEA BLENDED INFUSIONS where you also sample the six teas themselves, you are met by very knowledge and friendly staff who are happy to help you. A must place to visit English Oak and Hazelnut and English Oak and Redcurrant launched back in the fall , is now a firm Out as of three 19th February is the new English Fields range Personally I recommend the new Oak and Cornflower and the New Honey and Crocus, BLENDED the latter with English Oak and Hazelnut to a give a settle morning sent and the former with Wood Sage and Sea Salt to tease the evening.

This might sound like such a cliche but my visit to this store was the best ever shopping experience I've ever had. From the moment I stepped in this store I was made to feel like I was royalty. I coukd kick myself for not taking the gentleman's name but his manner and attention to personal detail was second to none. I was purchasing a gift for my mum and he assisted with choosing exactly the right one which was the oud Jasmine.. He even handed me a few samples and spritz me all over . Even at the checkout with another colleague when I presented a Blue Light Card after checkout it was literally no bother for them to re amend and give the discount. I was even thanked by them all for my service in looking after them during COVID. This is definitely my store of choice and I will definitely be going back. Wonderful staff had me smiling all day

Had a fantastic experience here. Was very well looked after by a lovely Taiwanese lady working there (I'm very sorry I never got her name). She was very knowledgeable about the scents Jo Malone offers. I was a first time Jo Malone customer, but she was able to pinpoint one she thought I'd like almost immediately - and she was absolutely right. The staff was very helpful. I bought few diffusers as a gift and they were appreciated because of their nice design and the very delicate perfume. They are not cheap, but I suggest them if you want a good perfume which is also good looking.

Jo Malone always makes you feel special and can pick you up when you are feeling low.

I unfortunately cannot remember the gentlemens name to give him proper credit. He was a very friendly tall gentleman with a beard and dark hair. He greeted my cousins and uncle today. He helped us with the Oolong Tea scent and gave us scent bracelets and a few samples along with our purchases. He was genuine and personable, made us feel very welcome thank you for the nice experience :)

I had such a fabulous 'Scent your Wedding' experience with Alice on Saturday afternoon with my 3 best friends and bridesmaids. We were treated to prosecco and she was fabulous in explaining each scent to me, as I was totally new to Jo Malone. I had an unreal arm massage and then settled on a combination of the Blackberry & Bay moisturiser paired with English Pear and Freesia perfume. I got my bottle engraved and my box embossed and all in all, it was a brilliant pre-wedding experience I'd recommend to any bride!

It's a (probably well known) secret that this Jo Malone shop offers 'archive' scents, i.e. those limited edition fragrances that you just can't get anywhere else. I managed to acquire a second bottle of White Lilac and Rhubarb which means that I can actually use more of my precious original. Hurrah for a REALLY GOOD IDEA!
